Everything was exceptional - especially the warm welcome. The porridge at breakfast is simply delicious as was everything else.

It would be impossible to find any fault with this wonderful Guesthouse.

The property is spotless clean and very comfortable with lovely decor. The breakfast is great with plenty of choice and freshly cooked. Lorraine and Mike are brilliant hosts and very friendly :) Good location to the centre. would definitely return.

This is a five star plus B & B.....Such a lovely welcome from Lorraine....we knew before entering the property we would be well looked after. A very quiet location, within walking distance of the centre of Pitlochry and the Festival theatre. Breakfasts were exceptional and freshly made. Grounds and some outside chairs to the front if weather permitting. The whole property was pristine; beds very comfortable, linen and towels beautiful, tea (and T cakes 😍)provided.

Fantastic location, 10 min walk from town centre. Lovely property with superb rooms. Lorraine was very friendly and ever so helpful advising places to eat and visit. Definitely stay there again.

Wardrobe space in our room was a tad small (we are motorcyclists so it's always good to be able to hang our riding jackets out of the way but they wouldn't fit). That's the only thing I can think of.

the room and building were absolutely immaculate. both Lorraine and Mike were very friendly and helpful. The bed was also extremely comfy. Would highly recommend to other guests.

Wonderful guest house in a great location close to all local amenities. Super helpful and friendly hosts with lots of local knowledge and the best recommendations for dinner! Little Archie the dog was a lovely addition to the team! Can't wait to visit again.

naming convention of the rooms could be clearer. however, I very much enjoyed the room I chose.

The hosts here are incredibly responsive and helpful. They allowed us to have an early check in and even offered to pick us up and drop us off at the train station with our luggage. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfasts were delicious. This is in a quiet neighborhood of Pitlochry about a 10 minute walk away from the town center, shopping, and eating options.

Lorraine was so welcoming and helpful, our room was clean and comfortable, and the lodge is just a short walk right into the heart of downtown.

Mike and Lorraine were very friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. Breakfast was excellent with locally sourced products thoroughly enjoyed. Beautiful location and easy walk into town. Would not hesitate to recommend.

What an amazing place! The home was quiet, comfortable and immaculately clean. The hosts were some of the best we've experienced in our travels. We would recommend Dunmarry Lodge to anyone coming to Pitlochry.
