Best View In All Of Newport/CDM Beach Cottage
Questo sogno cottage sulla spiaggia ha una vista panoramica sul mare e si trova vicino alla spiaggia ... guardare il tramonto e l'alba dal balcone principale camera da letto come nulla blocchi le vostre stupende vedute mozzafiato sull'Oceano Pacifico, Catalina Island, Newport Harbor e Corona del Beach mar.
Siete a pochi minuti da negozi di fama mondiale a Fashion Island, Balboa Island, Crystal Cove State Park, Pelican Hill Resort e Golf Course, Laguna Beach, e le famose spiagge oceaniche su Balboa penisola di Newport Beach.
La cucina è completamente arredato con elettrodomestici aiuto in cucina e tutti i comfort necessari per avere piatti fatti in casa e caffè per svegliarsi. I ripiani tutti bianchi e lucernari creano un ambiente pulito, vibrante atmosfera per iniziare la giornata.
Il soggiorno è ottimo per l'intrattenimento senza fine, con vista sulla baia incontaminate e camino a legna. Tutti i divani di lino bianchi e pavimenti in legno che conducono alla grande terrazza con mobili da giardino accogliente è dove la maggior parte tutto il vostro tempo sarà speso.
Lo studio rende il lavoro da casa non è così male con la brezza dell'oceano che scorre in sul grande scrivania di legno bianco. La camera è molto versatile avendo tutto il necessario per un ufficio e un letto completo. Appena fuori lo studio è un bagno completo con soffione a pioggia.
La suite matrimoniale è dotata di un letto king California si affaccia sul bellissimo porto blu di Newport. Cabina armadio al granito bagno superiore con doccia doppio testa. Il master prevede un 65inch TV a schermo piatto, bianco sezionale soggiorno, con porte accatastamento per portare l'esterno in. Zona salotto con caminetto e vasca idromassaggio appena fuori le porte principali.
Le due camere posteriori hanno letti matrimoniali e un soggiorno in comune con TV a schermo piatto. Bagno con vista mare da cabina doccia.
La casa comprende garage attaccato con lavatrice e asciugatrice. Incrociatori 2 spiaggia, skateboard, e tutto il necessario per la spiaggia (asciugamani, palle, paddleball, ombrellone, sdraio ect)

The property is very nice and the view over Newport Beach Harbour is fantastic. Great location to dining and beautiful walks along the ocean overlooking Corona Del Mar Beach! Great experience and jacuzzi is awesome as well.

CDM Gem
My family and I travel to Corona Del Mar every year and this year was the best yet. Tyler’s hospitality and home were a huge part of that. We were welcomed with a beautiful wine, a case of Fiji water and an amazing view! The house is located in a great location, close to Begonia Park and easy access through out CDM.

Our stay at Tyler's home was nothing short of spectacular! Upon arrival on our first day, I don't think we left the back deck (you'll have to check in yourself to understand why). Tyler is a wonderful, very communicative host who welcomed us graciously with all the information we needed concerning the home as well as a gorgeous bouquet of flowers. The location of the charming cottage will not disappointment, I promise you! It's situated on one the most desirable streets in CDM, walking distance to Begnoia Park, Pacific Coast Highway, down to Bayside and so much more. There is a private courtyard with al fresco dining, a sunlight galley kitchen that opens up to the most spoiling views imaginable...Balboa Bay, the Peninsula and the ocean. When you don't think it could get any better, you have another front row view from your master bedroom below with ample seating and a hot tub! Not many rentals can afford what this homes has to offer, you won't find another one like it. The house itself is perfect for your immediate family or even if you are traveling with others. It was pristine when we arrived and checked in, you can tell it is well loved and maintained. Thank you, Tyler, for preserving one of CDM's last original cottage homes in the area and letting families enjoy the beautiful views!!

Stay of a Lifetime!
We arrived in a quaint, quiet, but beautiful neighborhood with some of the best weather I had experienced. The street side arrival reveals a calm and relaxing sensation, but once through the front door the ultimate experience is exposed. Jaw Dropping awe-ness! This luxurious Newport area destination has it all. From the best of the views along the coast to the the walking distance of the amazing restaurants and boutique style shops. While enjoying our stay, it was obvious the rental was well managed. I will highly recommend this Beach Cottage to anyone who is looking for the total package.

Amazing
This house is amazing! It has the best view I have ever seen - must see. The house is perfect and the owner (Tyler) was great to work with. Walking distance to the beach, food and the mall. Every morning we would wake up and drink coffee on the balcony overlooking the famous wedge surf spot. I’ll rent this place again – well worth every penny.

The Grover Family
We just completed a fantastic 10 day stay at this property. The view of the bay and ocean are phenomenal. Great location with lots of restaurants within walking distance and all types of entertainment nearby. A big plus is that the home is located on a quiet street, with plenty of parking for guests, The house was very clean and well stocked, and the owner was very easy to get in touch with and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Our grown children and grands gathered from the corners of the world - Hong Kong, East Coast and mid-America to spend 7 fabulous days in this gorgeous home with a view to die for!! Our first evening we were delighted with a fantastic fireworks display right outside the patio!! We had the best seats on the coast! Everything was spotless, well maintained and Tyler was a dream to work with. He went above and beyond to assure our vacation was perfect! We shopped in nearby Fashion Island, ate some fabulous meals from the grill right outside the door (we ate in because there was no place prettier in the area)!! Even entertained friends and shared photos on our Facebook page. Everyone thought I was a genius to find such a gem (thank you Tyler for making me look good!) We will most certainly enjoy all that this property has to offer again!

It has a cozy Cape Cod cottage feel with a southern California beachy vibe. Tyler (property owner) went above and beyond on multiple occasions making it feel like we were staying at a 5 star resort. A park around the corner was perfect for our 7 year old son. Every night we walked to dinner. Among our favorites were El Ranchito for taco Tuesday, Port Restaurant has live music every night, Gulfstream has a great outside lounging area, Bungalow for martinis, Crow Bar on Thursdays, The Wine Gallery has a great selection, Quiet Woman on Wednesdays, Rothschild for a quiet Italian cuisine and The Side Door is the best hidden gem in town. I recommend this property to someone who is looking for more than what a hotel can provide and more than any other vacation rental in the area can provide.

We spent a great amount of our time relaxing on the upper deck, roasting marshmallows by the fire pit and in the jacuzzi with our kids. The location is perfect for walking with the family. The park at the end of the street is so convenient. We walked to almost every dinner and stopped for frozen yogurt on the way home! We cannot wait to come back to this charming beach house in the summer. My favorite is the water pressure in the showers!
