From the VERY outdated furnishings (not like the pictures) to the lack of basic amenities and even an issue with double booking, this stay fell far below expectations. First and foremost, the condo's outdated state was immediately apparent. The couch was old and worn, providing minimal comfort and lacking any sense of freshness. Additionally, the mattress had multiple rips, which not only compromised its appearance but also made for an uncomfortable night's sleep. It's disheartening to pay for accommodations only to find yourself dealing with worn-out furniture and subpar sleeping conditions. The lack of cleanliness was another major letdown. Upon arrival, we discovered that the dishes were dirty, which forced us to spend valuable time cleaning before we could even think about using them. This disregard for cleanliness is unacceptable and tarnishes the overall experience of staying in a rental property. To add to our frustration, the TV in the bedrooms did not work, depriving us of the opportunity to unwind and enjoy some entertainment in our downtime. This lack of functionality only served to compound our disappointment. Moreover, the chairs in the condo were old and felt like they were on the brink of falling apart. The property was just the right size and had everything we needed in the kitchen. View was awesome, great location, parking a huge plus. Recommend highly, look forward to staying there again. Much, much better than a hotel! Perfect for 2-4 people.

We were fortunate enough to enjoy a 3 week stay at Ron's lovely condo on the 4th Floor. The views are incredible and the balconies (3!) are great for viewing sunsets each evening and enjoying the active vibe of the boardwalk. The kitchen has everything needed for preparing meals at the condo, but the neighborhood has many delightful coffee shops, breakfast spots, restaurants, and bars in easy walking distance. And you are just a block from the Pacific Beach Farmer's Market, which is held each Tuesday afternoon/early evening. The space is very comfortable for two couples. We have already booked our stay for next year!

The whole experience went very well. Check in was easy, even for a Sunday. Great location, wonderful views! Kitchen had everything we needed. It's an older condo but very well kept. Great views from all three balconies. Easy to get to, restaurants and grocery store within walking distance. We hope to be back!

We stayed at the property for 9 nights. We absolutely loved our stay. The first few days were rough weather wise. Very humid. There were 3 nice fans that helped us get through the humidity, and then the rest of our days were filled with fun and sunshine. Excellent location. There is a shared coin op washer/dryer on each floor. Host was great, very responsive. Little dated, but perfect for us. We had more fun sitting around the unit all day watching people and enjoying the Awesome location. Will be back for sure.

I have come here many times and always enjoy it immensely; never disappointed. The owner is highly responsive when I do need to call, which is rarely. Highly recommended for its location and panoramic views of the ocean and pier.

Absolutely love this property. The building is dated but well kept. Ron was very responsive to anything needed. Walking distance to grocery store, many awesome restaurants, and of course waking up to such magnificent views every morning can't be beat. It was some I set my 4-year-old and 2-year-old for more interested in watching the waves than watching screens the whole week.

The first thing to see walking into this top floor apartment are the sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean and Crystal Pier. That is what made me pick this one, and it didn’t disappoint. The location is amazing for sunset walks down the pier or morning walks on the boardwalk. Beach access was so convenient - close enough for easy bathroom breaks and to grab our picnic lunch. Close to shopping, grocery stores, and restaurants, we didn’t have to drive anywhere. The only downside is that the condo itself is dated and amenities light, but I’d still stay here again for the views and location.

Our stay here overall was a very good experience. The unit is in a nice location, however the building itself is pretty rundown. The elevator was very dirty and and we couldn't use the stairs as the doors locked behind us and our key did not work for that. The unit was clean but could definitely use some updating. I failed to notice that there was no AC, so on 92° days it would have been nice to have some fans. We did find a few in the closet but they were covered in dust so unable to use them. The unit was in a great location with easy access to several restaurants and bars. And the view was amazing. The large windows in the living room and patio door made for an amazing view, but the blinds could have used an update as some of them were missing and we were unable to block out the sun on a hot day. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

We loved the location of the condo. The condo came well equipped in the kitchen. Condo and building could definitely use an update. Had problems with elevator door closing. Learned to just hold door close button. Shower heads were not located for a person that is six feet tall. Too low!! Wonderful views! Loved walking on the boardwalk. Host was very pleasant to work with.

My family and I had the best vacation visiting pacific beach and staying at this amazing property. The best location and gorgeous view. Very clean and perfect spot for a family and friend trip. We’ll be back!

We had a wonderful 3 day stay at this delightful Condo !! It was exactly as described. Beds are very comfortable. Large TV in the living room. The things that are worth a mention: *No Soap for the showers *Kleenex in the bathroom would be helpful * Small bath needs repair at shower door floor to prevent water damage. All easy fixes to keep this lovely condo in great shape.

This condo met all our expectations. Spacious, clean and perfect location for all Pacific beach has to offer. We will be back!

Well-maintained beachside unit. We were very comfortable and couldn’t get enough of the ocean view. Checking in was easy, and the host was quite thoughtful and attentive. We’d happily stay here again the next time we visit San Diego!

Ron was very attentive and helpful and helpful. The property was everything I thought it would be and my family from Montana we're like little kids at Disneyland. I would definitely recommend this property

Again the location is great.. One of the bed is broken and it need to be replaced right away. The owner need to invest and renew the condo #76. It was awful to have one of my family sleep in one of the beds. I took pictures , but I won't post it. Because the owner and his daughter are very nice. But please don't let people sleep in that broken bed.
