Was clean and perfect setting for staying on game day weekend! Enjoyed everything about it.

Very nice property. Three king bedrooms were perfect for us. We had a small issue getting in because of a storm earlier in the day, but, the owner took care of it immediately, and everything was great after that. We will definitely be back. Great experience.

Absolutely gorgeous townhouse with all the space you could possibly need! King beds in every room (which is a rare find), plush linens, fully stocked kitchen and laundry and convenient to everything we needed! Plenty of space for us to spread out and beautifully decorated and kept! Thanks for such a wonderful stay!

This property is just a short drive down Wellborn from Kyle Field, Northgate, and the campus. It is very clean and use of the garage is a big plus. The family room and kitchen area is a great open area for TV watching and the provided cable was great. The beds were comfortable and the bedding and linens were very nice.

Artisan’s Rejuvenation Med Spa hosted an interviewee for a weeklong stay. The gentleman and his family were gushing over the quality of the home and felt well taken care of. It is just minutes from the Cap Rock Business park as well as HEB tower-point.

We loved the house -- everything was great -- enough seats, a great outside patio, nice sized kitchen and it had a grill we didn't use. Nice location (I heard the train in the early morning, but no one else did!). Easy check in, great stay!

There were four of us that stayed for a golf tournament. Plenty of room. Kitchen was very well stocked. Townhome was awesome. Beds were great!!!!!!!!!! Will book this property again if in the area. Everything was perfect.

My friends and I stayed here recently and I just wanted to say that it was really unique, and wonderful, to find a place with 3 bedrooms AND 3 bathrooms! For 3 ladies trying to get ready for a dinner celebration, it helped a great deal. There was a mix up on timing of our arrival, but it was quickly remedied and we enjoyed our stay. The garage door was a little temperamental at times but we eventually got it to work. All in all, I would recommend it. It was convenient to most things we needed to get to also.

wonderful place

I am a frequent VRBO renter, and this townhouse is definitely in my top 3 best places I've stayed so far! Everything is very well thought-out, from the decor to the furnishings to how well-equipped the kitchen is. The location is also fantastic - it's far enough away from the A&M campus that it's quiet and relaxing, but close enough to get to anywhere you may want to be in about fifteen minutes. I will definitely book another stay here, if I can!

We are a family of four visiting TAMU, and this condo was perfect for us. We each had plenty of room to ourselves. The upstairs TV area was a bonus. The location was quiet and a quick drive to the university. One suggestion would be to offer Smart TVs in the bedrooms. We would definitely stay here in the future.

The property was extremely clean, well stocked, and absolutely perfect for our stay. There were three of us - a couple and our adult niece - so we had some distance because the master was on the first floor. Actually had two living areas - one on each floor - which made it even better. Great kitchen, two big TV's, and bathrooms were well stocked. We will stay again!

The townhome is beautiful and well maintained and the management is very easy to work with. I needed to push my dates forward a day and Nanette was extremely easy to work with. I highly recommend this rental.

We use this townhome for dropping off and picking up our daughter from A&M. It is very clean and comfortable.

My husband and I came to town for the BCS Marathon so were looking for a quite place to stay and prepare for the race. This place was absolutely perfect! Nanette was great and super responsive. Even letting us check in a tad bit early and offered us late check out after the race :) We are both A&M alumn so really enjoyed the house decor as well. We decided to cook dinner at the house before the race and the kitchen had more than everything we needed! We had a great time staying here and will definitely be back.
