There are 5 adults in our group and plenty of room to spread out. This beautiful, clean, spacious, modern, and gated property has 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths, which is perfect for our little mini getaway vacation. It has a full kitchen equipped with all the cookwares, dishes, utensils etc. that you’ll ever need to prepare and serve a decent meal. It has all the typical kitchen appliances such as fridge/freezer, electric flat top stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, 2-slice toaster, and blender. The kitchen island is big enough and has 2 barstools perfect for all of us to gather around to chit chat, have a snack, or have breakfast comfortably. The bathrooms are stocked with towels, hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner. It also has a pair of front loading washer and dryer. The host is extremely nice and responsive to our inquiries. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in town.

Beautiful condo with minimalistic decor in classic taste. Best to rent a car as while staying there, i spent almost $300 in Multiple Uber rides in just 2 1/2 days getting around. Places seem close on maps but weren’t very accessible by foot unless you’re in great shape and can handle humidity (went April 1). Area of condo seemed safe and very nice. Would definitely stay again when returning to Miami. Owner was very responsive and kind!

The property was perfect for our family of four. Everyone had their own private space plus a great gathering area on the main floor. Mattress in the master was so comfy! Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Quiet, low-key get away that's close driving distance to everything.

This place is so close to everything and it is so huge. Plenty of room and the attached garage is also great. Just simply amazing.

Very Clean and well kept, the air in the unit stayed cool, the laundry room was a huge benefit, and the location was the best. There were not complaints as we enjoyed everyday we were there.

I rented this property for a quick family getaway and it was the highlight of our weekend. My family truly loved this place! M granddaughter even suggested that we buy the place. I wish... I have nothing but great things to say about this place and I will definitely book this home again! Clean undeniably gorgeous and located in the perfect area! I promise this place won’t disappoint!!! The place provided everything our weekend was looking for and some..... the host was gracious and access was flawless... I can’t say enough about this place!!!!

This weekend was AMAZING!Being a local, I wanted to celebrate my daughter's "16th" birthday close to home. I also definitely got my workout in with the stairs! 🤣🤣🤣 Angeles, the owner was wonderful with his quick responses and his willingness to help! Everything I needed to enjoy this weekend, he made it happen. I will definitely book again and again. I have already told my friends far and near about this place. Thanks again Angeles for everything! My daughter was extremely satisfied!

my stay was wonderful. The communication was amazing whenever I messaged her with a issue she immediately responded and solved the issue which there actually wasn't any issues. I was able to check in early and check out late for a very small fee.

Angeles was a fantastic host. The townhouse was beautiful and spacious. I will for sure stay there again.
