It was really amazing staying in Burgas. The host is kind and pleasant. Big and clean apartment is equiped with all necessities: dishwasher, washing, and coffee machine. It is well located, close to the garden and sea side. Aquapark is only 30 minutes by bus. Highly recommend. We'll be back, do sure:)

The location was great - within a walking distance to the Sea garden. The beaches were about a 15-minute walk away. Plenty of small food stores around and pharmacy - much needed when travelling with family and mostly doing your own cooking. The host was very nice and helpful - she offered and prepared a baby crib, and was also very quick to answer our messages. When we forgot the baby's towel she shipped it back to us at her own expense.

The hot and cold water mixers were working inconsistently (especially in the bathroom) - it changed from hot to cold water and back and it was difficult to get the right shower temperature. We travelled with a 1-year old and when bathing her we had to be careful with the water.

What a splendid appartment clean,fully equipped and in a perfect location. 3 mins away from the centre easy to get to by taxi charging 3.50 levs. The owner Dimitrina is absolutely adorable very kind n helpful she ensured our stay was perfect. When i got to the appartment she was already there with her beautiful daughter welcomed us with hugs and helped take our luggage to the room.. The rooms are big, airey clean and fully equipped.i dont think the pics do it justice. Dimitrina even took us to the local market jus a 5mins away from the appartment.so I got my eggs,water, bread n milk for a mere 10levs. The room has HD channels viacom so HBO movies n sky news were appreciated. I felt at home as the kitchen is nice n private with access to the terrace and view of the sea gardens. I enjoyed my morning break fast sitting out on the terrace. Each bedroom has its own private terrace. Completely private. The rear of the appartment is south facing so plenty of sun. The front got a sea breeze so kept the room and kitchen cool. The whole appartment has had new furniture. All in white, the beds are new clean and comfortable. Upon request the owner Dimitrinaa arranged a taxi for our ride to the Galleria mall which is only 6mins away. Prompt service at all times. It was fab location as you are close to the center and beach. The sea gardens are beautiful with a beautiful coast line n beach for your water sports and if your an tennis lover then plenty of courts to have a practice. I would definitely recommend this appartment its the best in Burgas near the popular sea gardens. Can't wait till i go again. Id rate it 10/10

I loved it all... there was a non working lift but it was no problem the 3rd floor is easy to get to as the steps are flat.

Great space and an extremely warm host. Made to feel very welcome
