Dave's Eureka is a beautiful home on the bluffs overlooking Table Rock Lake but, more importantly, it is a joyouse memorial of a life well lived by a much beloved Dave. His art and family pictures adorn the walls and it all speaks of how much he was loved and celebrated. The home was like a warm, comfortable friendship and provided our family from around the US with a place of peace, laughter, and beauty. I think Dave would approve mightily. We had a wonderful time at Dave’s! The sunsets were spectacular with that amazing view of Tablerock lake. Everything was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the decor and awesome art. The only trouble we had was opening the freezer drawer. It was one amazing vacation and it was so nice to get away from city life, computers and tv. Thanks for everything

We had a very nice stay at Dave’s Eureka. We stayed 4 nights with a wedding reception on the third night. It was spacious and picturesque with a grand view of the lake. The ambiance was well suited for a wedding reception and the kitchen was well stocked for entertaining.

Very luxuriously appointed property with a view that was breathtaking. Great place to sit back and relax.

This house is beautiful and spacious with AMAZING views! The neighborhood was very quiet. The house is less than an hour from Branson if you want to visit there but be away from the noise and traffic.

We stayed at the home in June of 2022. The rental was as advertised with an artistic flair down to the paint on the walls and the light fixtures. We used the rental as a base for exploring the Ozarks and for a few shows in Branson. It was a good place to get out of the hustle and bustle but still be close to a grocery store and the restaurants in Eureka Springs. The only challenges of the property are the technology with the only TV off in a small room away from the home center and the Internet which works but is at times glacial. The owners were easy to work with and the VRBO was well equipped.

Quiet and peaceful with great views

Our stay at Dave's Eureka was awesome and it delivered again! You honestly cannot pick a better place to stay near Eureka Springs with such an amazing view. This place is a "must stay" for your vacation. This was our second year in a row staying here and it's just amazing. Our family of 4 stayed over the Fourth of July holiday. The house is located In a great location, central to Eureka Springs and Branson. Views of the lake for both upper and lower decks were fantastic. The house was well stocked, very clean and filled with interesting artwork. It was clearly one of the best locations for fireworks over the lake! We enjoyed our stay and would certainly book again if in the area.

We had a great time! The house has a really fun vibe, and was very clean! And being right on the water or 30min to either Beaver or Tablerock, the location is great for exploring the lakes!

Great stay !

Stayed in the house with some friends for my birthday weekend and all 6 of us loved the house. The cleanliness and amenities in the house far outweighed our expectations. The views from the back deck were second to none. The only reason I rated it an overall 4 instead of a 5 was due to the bed in the master bedroom. Everytime you move in the bed it makes noises and it is somewhat disrupting when it's time to rest. The bed is comfortable, it just need some repair and attention. Thanks for letting us have a great weekend in your house.

The house is lovely - so much family history here. The view from the upper and lower decks is beautiful. Everything we needed was at-hand. Comfortable beds, nice towels, good shower. The complimentary bottle of wine and snacks were a nice touch. The wifi is not the speediest. Also, if watching tv/movies with more than two adults is important, this probably isn't the place for you.

The house was the perfect size for our family and the views could only be better with leaves on the trees!

We loved the whole experience. The location is perfect; not too far away from town to be inconvenient if we need something but far enough away to feel isolated. The house is lovely in its eclectic feel, and the artwork is cute, kitsch, and well done. The view from the back porch is serne. It's definitely a pace to go and recharge.

Dave’s Eureka is a beautiful home. The inside decor is great as each room is color themed with thoughtfully placed corresponding artwork. The outdoor space was very large with two balconies to enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Lots of great, high quality outdoor seating as well. We cooked several meals and had access to great cookware—there’s also a wine fridge that came in handy! The quietness and secluded nature of the property is overall appealing however for my partner and I it seemed a little too remote. We felt the surrounding town was quite rural and does not completely mirror the same free-spirited nature of Eureka Springs. Also, some of the neighboring homes close by were not tended to as well as Dave’s place which could be off putting. Overall our stay was enjoyable and all interactions with Susan were very timely, considerate, and helpful. We would return to Dave’s again but next time with a few of our friends!

We spent a long weekend here. Its proximity to Eureka Springs allowed us to enjoy our days exploring and then return home to comfortable, private accommodations.

From the minute you walk in you know you’re in for a treat and an unforgettable vacation. Dave’s Eureka is just AMAZING!! It’s a beloved home filled with family treasures and wonderful memories, and it is evident from the moment you walk through the door that this is a special place. The owners, Susan & Chuck now feel like friends, and are extremely accessible and attentive, should you need anything at all during your stay. The warm, inviting decor makes you feel instantly at ease as you walk through the house to the wall of windows that showcase the beautiful views of Table Rock Lake. Outside, the expansive double deck has plenty of room to entertain your friends and family, or just cozy up in a nice chair and read a book or take an afternoon nap. It’s the perfect place to grab a bottle of wine in the evening and watch the colorful sunsets that are amazingly different each night. After the sun goes down, we enjoy curling up and watching a movie from the great selection of dvds. If you have kids, you will want to bring their own movies. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need, including a wine fridge. Due to COVID-19 we did not do a lot of eating out and instead headed into to Eureka Springs to make a quick grocery run. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make a gourmet meal and with the amazing views, would be a joy to cook in, but we are not cooks, especially on vacation! There are no shortages of choices for takeout in the area. If you like barbecue, do try Sauced in Eureka Springs. The upstairs master bedroom is a little slice of heaven. It is a joy waking up to the beautiful sunrises over the lake from the wall of windows across from the king size bed. There is a very generous private deck, and plenty of furniture for lounging. The private master bathroom has a jetted garden tub, perfect for relaxing, a shower, and a double vanity. There are two other bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, which works well if you are sharing the house with friends or family. During our first visit, we brought my husband’s cousin & wife, and we all felt we had plenty of room. In summary, this a wonderful place to stay. Dave’s is a hidden gem. It’s very clean and well cared for, in a great location, within 20 minutes to Eureka Springs and about an hour Branson. There are plenty of activities in the area to keep you busy, if that’s what you enjoy, and it’s a lovely place to relax if you are content at home.
