It’s position - central to Cathedral, restaurants and bars.

We liked how close it was to the Camino and to the Cathedral.

When we arrived our bed had hairs on it from who know who! It was also a surprise that the city does not sleep. There was constant noise till 4 in the morning.

The easiest check-in ever, very stylish and comfortable room, location 10/10

it was a really comfy bed and a nice bathroom. everything was clean and modern

the check-out time was 12.00, but at 10.30 the cleaner just walked in to my room thinking I wasn’t there anymore what was really weird and strange….

Very convenient for the centre of Burgos.

Pin code access was sometimes a little tricky but once we got the technique it was easier. Absence of a concierge made you feel a little unvalued.

Excellent location. Self hassle free check-in. Pleasant, clean, comfortable room, and bathroom. Feels roomy. Has a little "balcony" window which adds to the roomy feel. WiFi is provided.

For me those were minor gripes, but I'm listing them for full disclosure, as they may be something you value. There would be no direct support, as there is no one on scene or reception to talk to. It's just a room. Host was not that responsive over the phone. Room is not that well sound isolated from other rooms, wasn't an issue, but your experience may vary.

The building is split into a lot of small rooms in a very noisy area and no soundproofing at all in the building. heard everything from the snoring neighbour to the drunk people in the bars, could not sleep at all.

room like a sauna , fan that you had to turn on by standing on the bed to pull a short string, no remote .Glass door to bathroom impossible to close, too heavy & badly in need of adjustment. No mention on Booking.com that there is no reception & check in is all on line . Too bad if you don’t have data.

Excellent location! Clean and very nice sheets! cozy, comfortable, nice and enjoyable street noises. 2nd floor window to view all the happenings… we could even see the cathedral from the window!

I was initially confused about the door code system. But quickly figured it out. Otherwise the only 2 minor complaints are- the tiny soap packets were insufficient in quantity and we could have used 2 glasses in the room as two guests. (one glass was provided). Otherwise it was just great!

Wonderful room. Clean and comfortable. My only complaint was that since there was no A/C we had to leave the window open and the noise from the bars up the street was SO loud it kept waking me up. The parties went on till we’ll past 3AM. If weather had been cooler this would be a perfect place to stay. When closed, the window blocked out the sound very well.

This place is located right above a very loud night club. It’s a disgrace to ask people money for a place to sleep when it’s impossible to sleep because of all the noise. Furthermore, there is no staff present and no reception. Enter with a pin code to the most impersonal and horrid place I’ve ever stayed at.

Very good location and easy check in and check out. The room was very spacious. The bathroom was modern and quite new.

There was no aircon and the street was quite noisy during the night, so we could not sleep with the window opened. Probably the heat is not a problem in Burgos, but we were there while the heat wave.
