Luxury Somerset 409, Recently Remodeled!!!
Questa unità è stata recentemente rinnovata e si distingue facilmente dalle altre 2 unità della camera da letto nella zona! Non accontentarti delle tue prossime vacanze, scegli un'unità che ha fatto gli aggiornamenti che desideri, ma ha comunque la sensazione rilassata da spiaggia per cui viaggi così. Solo alcuni degli aggiornamenti recenti includono: cucina riconfigurata che è stata estesa per più spazio per cucinare o intrattenere, banchi di granito in tutto, nuovi pavimenti, illuminazione ad incasso, nuovi mobili e molto altro ancora! Vista mozzafiato sul Golfo con 2 piscine. Troverete innumerevoli ristoranti. L'edificio offre una piscina di comunità sul golfo anteriore, barbecue sul davanti della comunità golfo (carbone di legna) e questa unità offre (2 sedie un frigorifero più fresco ...) disponibile stagionalmente dal 1 ° gennaio al 31 dicembre.

We had a wonderful vacation at the Somerset. Checkin/out was easy and condo was clean (as always). We got lucky with beautiful weather for the beach!

The property and view were great. We had to change units a couple of weeks out due to painting going on at the South Tower. We were assured the refund process and payment would transfer seamlessly except that the damage insurance did not and it cost us an extra $39. The Property managers were very communicative but said they couldn’t do anything about it and that we had to go through customer service ay VRBO. When we checked in and entered the unit, the exterior door knob came off in our hand. There were also cockroaches darting across the family room, the kitchen counter, coming out of the dishwasher area, and the guest bathroom. We reported the issues on day 2 of our 7 night stay. We were told the Property HOA would have to take care of the bugs. I get that it is Florida but no one responded. The response to the door handle was that the property managers would “handle” the door knob right away. They never did and we struggled to close the door several times per day as we were in and out for a wedding trip. It was annoying, having to use the key to pull the door closed and having the handle drop to the floor. It was a worn set screw problem that could have been fixed with Allen keys which we did not have with us. All in all, the view and accommodations were what we wanted. The addition of a dresser to the guest room would help as there was no place in there to set out your things. The master was great.

We loved our stay at this condo. The property was beautiful, quiet, well maintained. The condo had everything we needed and beautiful views of the Gulf. We got all the particulars which made check in easy.
Planning to return next year. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful condo. A couple minor issues in the beginning of our two week stay but the owner was right on top of it and quick. Would definitely rent again.

Perfect vacation to relax! Everything on hand and easy use especially for the beach! So nice to have beach items available and in a locker downstairs. We were comfortable and relaxed and rested all week. Grateful

Very clean condo that has all the amenities you would need for your stay. A well equipped kitchen, good beach towels and linens and the locker is full of beach chairs, boogie boards and a collapsable cabana. Definitely will return.

Great location. Only comment - when we asked for more dishwasher soap and toilet paper we were advised only a "starter" amount is provided - which was 3 days. For the price of renting, I would recommend supplies be for the length of stay.

The location was great- right on beach with great balcony. Walking to many places from property was very convenient. The property had everything needed for stay- except supplies of anything- need to buy garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent etc…. The beds were old/dated as were the linens, towels were old and dingy- had to buy my own. Elevator had warning that it was faulty and ride at own risk- so a lot of stairs. Overall place was very nice- but could have been made much nicer with very little investment.

We had such a wonderful time in Marco Island and so enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. The ocean views were beautiful and having access to beach chairs and umbrellas for days on the beach was perfect. We had everything we needed in the condo to make our stay comfortable and we would love to stay again. Thank you!

The home is clean and beautiful. Beach decor but fine tastefully. The home is comfortable and spacious. Right on the beach , so perfect for traveling with little ones or elderly. Views are breathtaking.

We enjoyed our week at Somerset!
We really liked the size of the condo, the location on Marco Island, and the lower level assigned parking. We had a wonderful week. The only con was the condition of the beach equipment. This was very important to us, as we vacation in Marco mainly because we love the beach and water. . We shared that information with the owner/ manager and they said they would be updating and replacing the beach equipment immediately.

Loved It!!
This was a perfect location for our beach get-away! We absolutely loved being beach front with such easy access. The bed was comfortable, and we both slept great. The host communicated well and responded quickly. Our only concern was the sheerness of the kitchen window covering. At night one could see through all the way through the condo. (We stored our large luggage in front of the window and that helped for our situation.) I did mention this to the host at the end of our stay and I'm sure they will correct this easy fix. For that reason, I still gave it a 5-star rating.

Amazing Beach Front
Beach/pool- need a key to access pool and beach area. I love this because public beach access isn’t too far- it’s private. Extra beach supplies in the unit’s storage area- didn’t use them but they’re available. This point is a big one in my parent book- they don’t do the rental chair/umbrella on this beach. So, I can put my beach chairs as close to the water to watch and have fun with my kids. Two pools, decent size, one on each side of the building. Felt safe walking the beach. Plenty of daily walkers taking advantage of the beautiful beach
Unit- love the “mud room” when entering. It’s the drop zone for shoes and extras- preventing sand from getting in the unit. The area in the kitchen- looks like the butler’s pantry- EXTRA STORAGE FOR FOOD AND STUFF. They have laundry room in the unit so no coins for a laundry mat trips. Kitchen appliances work great- seem very new. There was a Keurig and traditional 12 C coffee pots. Plenty of pans/cook ware and plates/bowls. Another reason I chose this unit is because it sleeps 6 and actually has seating for 6- not 4. Beautiful beach view from master bedroom and living room- both sliding doors. Bathrooms are plenty big. It’s been updated - not patched over.
Area- great restaurants. If they take reservations, make them. Popular area for all families, retirees, couples. Everglades where about 30 minutes of the unit. Tons of birds to identify and wild life!

Sunset views and comfortable
My family and I had a wonderful stay at this newly renovated direct Gulf view apartment. The rental process was easy and efficient. When we got there we found it to be comfortable and clean with everything we needed from clean linens and furnishings, to the well equipped kitchen. The BBQ area at the pools was very convenient. Best of all was the view of Marco Island’s sugar white sand and spectacular sunsets from the balcony off both the master suite and open concept living area. We would love to come back!

Simply the best!
We’ve stayed a few different places on Marco and this was by far our favorite. Great spacious condo, Katrina was so extremely helpful during the rental process and the view is the best!

Great Beach and location
The pros: Nice condo, safe building, great beach and great location.
The cons: Bad beach chairs, spotty wifi, limited towels, uncomfortable beds (to soft for our preference) and a trump flag in the beach equipment locker (not a fan, but to each their own).
Requested checkout procedures of doing laundry, stripping beds is odd given the cleaning fee.

Very clean and secure property for our family. We would absolutely consider renting here again. Excellent communication overall from pre-booking to check in and even during our stay.

Relaxing stay
We always stay at the Somerset between Christmas and New Years and this was our first year in this unit. Great stay! The space was clean and the host was very easy to get in touch with about our questions. We were able to check in early which was also super nice!
The unit was well decorated and exactly as pictured. My only complaint was the pillows were not the comfiest, but all in all not a big deal. We would stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Stay at the Somerset
Unit was exactly as advertised: clean, comfortable, and with an amazing view out to the beach and the Gulf of Mexico beyond. Check-in was a breeze and communication clear and simple beforehand. 100% recommend.

Destination Thanksgiving
Great property in the Somerset, Marco Island. Our condo was clean and updated. The owner and property manager took care of an emergency promptly and communicated with us in a timely fashion to coordinate replacement of a refrigerator. This was greatly appreciated and handled professionally. We had an awesome Thanksgiving vacation on the beach thanks to the property managers Kurt and Katalina.

Great location and condo
Great location. Beach front, balcony looks out to the beach, great spot for meals and morning coffee. The updated walk in showers were spacious and great water pressure. The kitchen had a standard coffee pot and a keurig machine. It was great to have a toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, hand soap, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent in the condo. When I texted that one of the master sinks wasn’t draining Kurt was over within an hour to fix it. All linens were provided, sheets, bath towels and pool towels. Would reccomend staying at 409 Somerset.

Beautiful paradise
The condo was amazing! spacious balcony, great views, awesome beach, close to restaurants. Would’ve liked maybe a pack of cards or some games in condo for evenings, but overall a great stay!

Amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico from Somerset 409
Beautiful views from the balcony of Somerset 409 overlooking the beach and Gulf of Mexico. Management was very helpful. with a late arrival. Unit was clean and well furnished. Would be even better with an ice maker. This was our first visit to Marco Island and will visit again. Well done!
