Affascinante e spazioso cottage con due camere da letto con scorci sulla baia di Chesapeake e molto vicino alla spiaggia di Rock Hall. Goditi passeggiate mattutine e splendidi tramonti. Le nostre ampie strade e i limiti di bassa velocità rendono questa città adatta alle biciclette. La spiaggia è adatta alle famiglie. L'acqua bassa lo rende ideale per bambini piccoli e grandi.

The place was perfect and exactly what we wanted. We had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and will more than likely rent again. I highly recommend this rental.

So close to beach and a great restaurant, The Blue Heron, with outside bar. Chairs and bikes included were a bonus!

The cottage was so clean and comfortable. Because we were there during the 95+ degree weather, we loved the ceiling fans and AC. However, the kitchen and TV room were very warm. There were no AC vents in the TV room. I would recommend a small window unit for that room. We loved the convenience to restaurants and shopping area.

Nice cottage near a cute and clean beach that’s perfect for small kids. Enjoyed the 4th of July festivities in Rock Hall and the ice cream shop on Main St. Appreciated early check-in and prompt communication with the property manager.

House was beautifully decorated, updated, clean, and as advertised, steps from the beach!!! We had everything we needed for meal prep, including a charcoal grill. Enjoyed grilling fresh fish for dinner one night!

Just what we needed! I did a 3 day get-a-way with my husband and 3 year old. It was perfect. The house was very cute, clean, and had everything we needed. You cannot beat the location!

We stayed in this property earlier this year. We had a nice, restful time. The property is very well kept and pet friendly. The location is great! Right around the corner from the Chesapeake Bay plus nearby dining options at Blue Heron Oyster House and Muskrat Alley.
The only two concerns that we had were the lack of detailed instructions with turning the heater on and regulating the temperature and lack of outside lighting at back door and backyard. It is very dark and somewhat unsafe. This being said we would definitely stay again.

The house is on a great location, close to beach, close to restaurants, close to marinas. Clean and comfortable, check-in was easy and you could tell owner put a lot of thought into how to make the place feel special. My first experience with VRBO and I was really happy with it.

This was our first time staying in a Vrbo. The house was wonderful, spacious and comfortable. Every detail was though of. The location was great. My husband and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again in the future.

Great experience - my wife and I stayed for a long weekend coinciding with my participation in the waterman’s triathlon. I have stayed at other properties in rock hall for this event but this property was head and shoulders above the rest!

The house was lovely!
Excellent location close to a nearby restaurant in less than a 1/2 a block away from the beach. Can see the water from the front door!

The Coleman Cottage was everything we had hoped for in a short getaway place for our family to run off to. Not only was it well located to all of the wonderful restaurants, shops, and wildlife of the area, the house itself was perfection. It was the quintessential beach cottage down to the details of comfort and little nuances…such as a sweet library, board games, a wonderful yard, and amenities to make our stay comfortable. We highly recommend this place!

Beautiful house
The house was beautiful and very well cared for. We had bikes and beach supplies available to use. We were about a block away from the small Rock Hall beach, but it wasn’t very clean and we chose not to swim there. However, we visited a beach about 30 min away (recommended by the owner in the binder of info she left) and had a great time.

Truly a GEM in Rock Hall
The Coleman Cottage was everything we had hoped for in a short getaway place for our family to run off to. Not only was it well located to all of the wonderful restaurants, shops, and wildlife of the area, the house itself was perfection. It was the quintessential beach cottage down to the details of comfort and little nuances…such as a sweet library, board games, a wonderful yard, and amenities to make our stay comfortable. We highly recommend this place!

Nice home, steps to Ferry Park Beach!
We enjoyed our stay! We were even left a bag of crab chips by the keys; that was a nice welcome gift. The house had everything that we needed for our stay! We loved the games and sand toys! Having chairs for the beach was nice too! The rooms were comfortable. Rock Hall is such a relaxing place and a great place to visit with young children! There were a lot of mosquitos but that's probably all over. We enjoyed bringing our pets along. We also loved the art work and maps throughout the house. Also upon arriving to any home I always check to make sure the windows are locked; this is the ONLY place I've stayed that had every window locked! Great night time outdoor lighting too. You can walk to the beach to swim and then later for sunset! You can also walk to a restaurant! Great location and home! Thanks!

We loved watching the birds at the nearby estuary, and walking the mile or two to Watermans!

Everything was just perfect. Would stay in any one of Diane’s houses again. Her attention to detail is wonderful. We especially loved how clean and comfortable the home was as well as it being dog friendly!
