This condo is massive and in a perfect location, just a few steps from Siesta Key Beach. They even provide beach equipment and have a garage. The pool is amazing, and the surroundings are really beautiful. The condo itself is spacious, with a great kitchen, a large dining room, big bedrooms, and new bathrooms. Thanks again for a wonderful stay; we'll definitely be back!

The condo was precisely as advertised. Spacious. Clean. Nicely outfitted. Not only was it well stocked with all the essentials, but the hosts provided beach wagon, umbrella, chairs, beach toys, the works. Hosts responded immediately to my queries and were exceedingly helpful. Would definitely recommend this property to folks who want to be near the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at Gail and H’s condo. It was clean and very well stocked, and as first time beach-goers we weren’t sure what we would need. They had everything! Our kids loved the lake and turtles in the back. It was a wonderful experience! Thank you Gail and H!

This was just as described and I have to say the BEST condo in my opinion that we have ever rented no joke ! The condo is huge and no lie completely stocked many say they are stocked this one truly is. Couldn’t ask for a better location right across the street from the beach. I love that all the beach goodies are available to use and it made our days at the beach great. Then let’s talk about the bus stop right in front of here to hop on to go to the village so convenient. I also enjoyed my coffee over looking the pond with the turtles that seemed to swim over to say good morning everyday. We definitely will return to this condo again without a doubt!

From the moment we walked in, we were ecstatic at how immaculately clean this place was. I mean, we're talking you-could-eat-off-the-floor clean!
Need a hairdryer, beach towels, or even board games? Check, check, and check! ! No need to pack any beach items because they have it all—umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, you name it. Just bring yourself and maybe a good book.
The location is ideal as you have a trolley stop right outside the complex that will whisk you away to the charming Siesta Key Village. Siesta Key Beach Park is directly across the street!
Communication with Gail was beyond exceptional. Any question we had was answered in record time, and she made sure we felt right at home.
The only thing to that could be a problem for older people or someone with a physical disability is that there’s no elevator, and this is a second-floor unit. But honestly, the stairs were no big deal…just a heads up.
This stay was perfect in every way. Clean, well-stocked, ideally located, and host was amazing! Can’t recommend it enough!!

Location is great. Across the street from the beach. Roomy for a family of 4. Had everything we needed including beach supplies. The wagon was a life saver. Pool is nice on the property. Garage is nice but the door is low. If you have a large SUV, it might not fit. Overall, we loved our time here. We will be back!

We had a great stay here. The condo is very spacious, baby friendly, and has all the beach items that you need! The condo complex is across the street from the Siesta Beach public parking lot which makes for very easy access to the beach. Highly recommend if you are planning a Florida beach vacation!

Loved the condo but it really was tough for three 70+ year olds to climb 25+ stairs especially when carrying groceries and suitcases. Would not take a second floor unit again and would also like something closer to the beach. All in all though, it was very comfortable with everything we could have needed.

We spent two weeks at our VRBO steps from the public access to the beach. The beach is beautiful and we saw dolphins swimming close by. The location was fantastic. Our condo was beautiful and stocked with everything we needed. It was cool weather during our stay so the heated pool was very nice with plenty of lounge chairs. Our deck overlooked a huge pond and there were a dozen or more turtles to watch. A wonderful place to stay. We will definitely go back!

Where do I begin? First, I want to say that this property exceeded all of our expectations. It was immaculately cleaned and so well stocked with beach supplies and everyday essentials that we didn’t have to worry about going out to the store when we first arrived. We were able to take a quick walk across the street to the famous Siesta Beach and relax on our very first day of vacation. We are a family of 4, my daughter is 10 and son is 13 and they loved seeing the turtles swim in the pond outside below the lanai. Gail was incredibly quick to respond to any questions we had and was extremely accommodating to any/all requests. The location of the condo was great if you decide to just stay on siesta key, you can easily get around on the trolley. If you like to explore other areas like we do, it was so easy to get around to places like St. Armand’s Circle where there is lots of shopping and restaurants, Downtown Sarasota - great city, Longboat Key and Anna Maria Island. any place you want to go is within 15-30 minutes away, but the scenery is so beautiful it doesn’t really seem far to travel to other areas at all. We loved all the beaches in the area, there were so many to try out, you can’t go wrong with any of them. My husband and kids love to fish and there is no shortage of places to go. This was an amazing vacation made so much better by this beautiful condo. We would recommend it to anyone.

We recently stayed for 7 nights at this property and it was perfect. The condo had everything you need for the beach and/or pool from pool noodles, raft, boogie boards, a cooler, wagon, beach chairs (even one for a little kid which our 3 year old loved), beach umbrellas, giant water jug, etc. The condo is literally right across the street from beach access. I think it took us longer to pull the wagon across the beach itself to the water than it did to actually walk to the beach from the condo. The place was also clean and well stocked. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the mornings and watching the turtles in the pond below. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place close to the beach with all the required beach amenities provided.

Literally cannot say enough good things about this property and the owner! The property is spotless and has absolutely EVERYTHING you would need for time at the beach and indoors. Gail is responsive to any questions you have while there and is just so polite. The property is so close to the beach and with the wagon it’s so nice not to have to pack up and drive to the beach. You are also so close to all the fun and tasty restaurants and ice cream shops in siesta key!! AMAZING place - hope to come back again!!

Our family had great experience at this property. The place had all the amenities we needed and was exactly what we expected/wanted the place to be.
Short walk to the beach with the provide beach supplies was great. We also enjoyed the full washer/dryer and garage space.

This condo not only was so very well appointed it was spacious and I just love the way the rooms were separated so that there is total privacy if needed.
I didn't think of one thing that I needed that was not there.
Sitting out by the fountain at the lake feeding the turtles was so relaxing.
This condo is so convenient to everything you will not be disappointed in anyway.
The master bath has been redone beautifully, I am a very big stickler for clean!! I have been told I am clean crazy but even the baseboards in this condo were clean and I notice things like that.

This was our first visit to Siesta Key. This condo was as advertised! The location was excellent ... across from the public access to Siesta Key Beach and the trolley stop. Check-in and out was easy. Great week in Siesta Key
Had a great week in Siesta Key. Condo was right across the street from the Beach. Used the wagon to carry the chairs and umbrella. Beds were very comfortable and condo was good size. Gail has really thought of everything. Will be back!!!

Second stay - just as good as the first
This is our second time renting this unit. We love the location. The unit has a well stocked kitchen and beach closet. Gail makes the check-in and out process very easy. We hope to stay here a third time next year.

Amazing Space & Location
Gail has an amazing condo and we had a wonderful time. My husband, mother and I traveled to Sarasota as a belated 50th birthday gift and to also visit family. The condo is very spacious and we never felt crowded. We didn't cook a lot but could have if we wanted as the kitchen was fully stocked. The master bathroom was recently remodeled and included an extra large closet, changing area and walk in rainfall shower. Our deck overlooked the man-made pond and we enjoyed watching the turtles. The front entrance to the complex was literally right across the street to the public access for Siesta Key beach which is beautiful:) Gail also provided beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, a wagon to haul, etc. which was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location and beautiful condo
We absolutely loved our stay here. The updated bathroom is gorgeous! We had fun hanging out on the balcony checking out all the Turtles in the pond below. The beach was the main attraction for us and we walked over there daily. The beach wagon, chairs, umbrella and sand toys were so awesome to have for us as a family. We appreciated having the washer and dryer as well. The pool was a lot of fun for us too, but too deep for our young son to reach the bottom (3ft 6in at the shallowest part), so we ended up buying him some arm floaties and he had a blast with those on.
The host had excellent communication with us and we appreciated how kind they were to us. We had a lovely time and would recommend to anyone to stay here.

Beautiful Accommodations
Very Nice condo, much bigger than we thought and pictures do not do it justice.
Nice complex, pool and the trolley stop right outside. Our only complaint was how wide the beach is in Siesta Key to walk with kids and stuff but that has nothing to do with this property.
The owners supply everything you can possibly imagine for a comfortable stay, including everything you need for the beach which was very, very helpful since we flew to Sarasota. Exceptionally clean and all around great place. Very communicative owners. Thank you !

Spring Break
Great area, right across from the beach, nice pool with pavilion area and grill. About a mile to the village which was not too bad of a walk but the trolly stops right in front of the condo complex. The condo itself was clean and had plenty of room.

We loved the location, short walk to the village and even shorter walk to beach. Condo was well equipped, but problem with the washer. Our first time in Siesta Key was beyond our expectations. Hopefully, we will be back.

Christmas 2021
Our family was fortunate enough to spend the Holidays in Siesta Key . Our host was responsive and has a beautiful home. The home was clean, well stocked, nice linens and a very well maintained home. The location is convenient and offer great tennis courts, grilling area and a roomy heated pool. We have reserved this home for next year, we enjoyed it very much.

Great vacation spot
This Siesta Key property was quiet, clean, and spacious. The beach was close by and the pool was right on site. Downtown was close and had great spots to eat. It had great amenities like beach equipment, garage, pull out couch, etc. Gail was a great host and available when needed. I would definitely book here again!!
