Wonderful property. Elevator made it very easy to move in/out. The beach was so close we didn't bother to haul all of our stuff down like we had to do at other properties. We just walked back & forth as needed. Beach was not over crowded due to the location. That eliminated the need to set up early.

The most convenient condo I’ve ever stayed in. So close to both the pool and the beach, with a beach locker so you don’t have to lug up wagons and canopies etc. zero complaints. Would absolutely stay here again.

My mom, my sister, and I throughly enjoyed our stay at the Ocean Club property. The condo had everything we needed and more for a wonderful each stay. The keyless entry was so convenient, no key to keep up with. The proximity to the beach can't be beat. The owners were also very quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. We will definitely e returning next year.

Place was very nice and clean. Being on the beach and right near the hot tub and pool was awesome. We were here for a wedding at Merrell Estates. The community center was nice for raining days and nights and having dinner with families.

It was a first floor rental. The views were still great. The team was very responsive through the process. The rooms were clean with a nice porch to relax out of the sun.

My partner and I loved it! The view of the ocean, pool and landscaping could not be any more fantastic! The location was perfect, lots of easy driving to Morehead and Beaufort as well as the whole Crystal Coast.
We especially enjoyed the beach gear closet-we didn’t have to purchase a thing! The highlight of our trip was borrowing the crab basket and catching 4 large blue crab and one stone crab. What a feast we had!
Another thing we appreciated was all the extra towels and extra little household and kitchen items that we were glad we didn’t have to purchase.
The owners were very responsive to a couple of questions we had!
The only suggestion we have is that the main bathroom needs a little updating and some new towel rods.
We highly recommend this condo!

The location of the property was excellent. Great for trips to Atlantic beach and Beaufort. The unit was very clean, check in was easy and had all the amenities we needed. Loved having the elevator and the great walkway to the beach. An extra bonus was having access to beach chairs so we didn’t have to bring our own. The unit was equipped with paper products in the bath and kitchen, small sizes of shampoo, conditioner and soap and plenty of towels. One thing to note there were no coffee filters(we improvised, paper towels did the trick). If we had been there on a cloudy rainy day, there were lots of games and puzzles. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because the unit needs a bit of TLC.

We stayed at Ocean Club Belles Vacation - Beach front w pools Thu, Aug 10 - Thu, Aug 17. The view is great, and the space of the unit is just perfect for our little family, but the cleanliness of it is very very bad. Especially the bathrooms, they have molds. The creamy color coffee table had a dark gray/black trim of sticky dirt
on the side that is facing the sofa, looks like have not been wiped for a while(from people putting their feet on it while they watched TV). The outdoor tables on the balcony had animal hair on them. the top bunkbed has sand. So we had to clean the whole unit as soon as we got there. Also, our wagon with a chair got stolen we left them by the stairs before you get to the beach.

We had a nice short vacation at this property. There is a large porch where you can see and hear the beautiful sea. The associated private beach was amazing for enjoyment, running, walking, and making memories with our children. The home has lots of games and kitchen amenities to cook. Really appreciated the atmosphere of the condo. Our family enjoyed the property and highly recommend it.

Went the first week of Jan, 2023. Of the buildings in the condo development, I thought building C (this one) was the best. Close to hot tub and pool and right next to beach access. Place was pretty clean, but there were a couple dishes that needed to be rewashed (someone likely pulled items from dishwasher without checking) and a towel had what looked like a paint stain on it. Since we weren't sure we didn't use it. The fitness center was not huge, but did the trick. Indian Beach doesn't have a protected walkway on the main strip so we had to be careful until we got to Emerald Isle township where there is a protected walkway. To me those were minor issues and the place was very nice overall. It was a quiet stay in the off season and I'm sure it is an ideal summer location.

Place was very cozy . Loved having heated pool and jacuzzi since was cooler temps there during our stay. Equal distance to Emerald Isle and Atlantic beach/Morehead city. So was easy to check them both out.

Okay. Couldn’t access the unit until 5:30 pm even tho the check in time was 4pm. Cleaners there when we arrived at 5pm. No real cable access the entire time. For some weird reason, the owners thought it was our problem if the cable didn’t work. I don’t think so. The ceiling fans in the master and the main room made LOTS of noise and were unusable. Plus, if you want a beach view, rent a higher unit.

We opted for a condo this time around for our annual trip to Emerald Isle! This listing in particular was absolutely perfect. Ridiculously close to both the pool and ocean, with the most stunning views of the beach from the balcony! I cannot recommend this listing enough!! We will absolutely book with them again!

I was very pleased with this rental. It was clean and in a great location near Emerald Isle, Beaufort and Swansboro. Nice pool. The beach was very nice and private, but there is no lifeguard in this area. Goid place to collect shells!

Wonderful and relaxing oasis
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this condo. The location was fantastic. You’re steps away from both the pool and the beach. The sound side, across the street, offered great fishing and crabbing potential from the pier and the sound side pool looked nice (we didn’t utilize it during our stay). The condo itself was spacious and had everything that we needed to enjoy our stay.

Horrible Property
This listing was old, smelled, and very dirty! We did not even stay one night because we were to grossed out from the moment we walked in to sit or lay down anywhere. We were not reimbursed.
There was dirt, hair and bugs everywhere including a roach. The toilet would not flush and shower floor was nasty. The kitchen was old and run down and all furniture was dirty and had 70’s covers over them with a coffee table that was filthy. The beach closet was a mess with beer cans and trash and was not even locked.
Do not rent this property for your family vacation you will be very disappointed.

Nice Place with some rules
The condo was nice and fit our needs for sure. But having stayed at other VRBOs, property owner was a little unaccommodating and regularly reminded us of what we could and could NOT do, what was and was NOT included. We were taken a little surprised by the toilet paper and trash bag rationing treatment and the fact that this is a beach condo with NO beach towels!!! (We donated the 4 we purchased, you’re welcome).
Otherwise, it was centrally located to the pool area and stairs to the beach. It was nice that the condo has a storage locker that has a few beach items (chairs, mats, etc) that we could use and didn’t have to purchase.
The beach in front of the condo complex is big and wide with plenty of space and we loved the Indian Beach/Emerald Isle area, great food and super nice people.
