Location was great!

The pull out couch was not clean, the beds and pillows were hard to sleep on.

Location is amazing. This is our second time staying here. Perfect place to getaway from busy life. Pool with the ocean view is my favorite. Plenty of room for everyone.

-There's a local cat that visit the villa every night. We wake up with our trash all over the place. -Renting outdoor gas grill is very expensive. -The refrigerator is a little small for a big villa. We barely have room for 2 days stay, plus kids snacks/foods.

Very big house (for Japan), with a nice swimming pool. The house has 2 stories with a bedrooms, a toilet and a bathroom in each, which allows 2 families to leave almost separately. The living/dining room/kitchen is common and big. There's also a tatami room which can hosts 4 futons. The house has windows on all sides making it very bright. The swimming pool area is very nice and convenient, with view on the sea and the main island, with a patch of grass and a couple of trees.

The need to go to a separate place to get the keys, even though it's not too far from the property. Instructions only in Japanese. On arrival, all ACs where on, which looked like a waste of energy. Each room has 2 single beds. I like to sleep in the same bed as my partner. No outside shower in the swimming pool area (there's a water hose, though) and no way to go directly to that area from the outside, when coming from the beach with sandy feet. The biggest thing was that both bathrooms didn't look perfectly clean (especially the separation window) and the swimming pool had sand at the bottom.
