Me gustó que las fotografías que ponen en la página web se corresponden a la realidad. El apartamento estaba nuevo y muy bien dotado de todo. Espacioso para hacer más confortable la estancia de tres personas. Además tenía un gran supermercado muy cerca.

Solo por decir algo negativo, me hubiese gustado tener un escobillón y una pala para poder barrer , ya que estuvimos 5 días y es inevitable que se ensucie el suelo. También eché de menos una fregona puesto que, a pesar de que la ducha tenía mampara, el agua se salía en ocasiones.

Clean and simple apartment with everything is needed for a short stay. Check-in and check-out process is easy, and the staff is very kind.

Wifi is fast and stable, but it is not acceptable in my opinion having two authenication steps that have to be repeated every single day on every connected device. The password is also quite complex, and that makes the entire process time consuming because you have to slowly read and copy it every time. Mattress is not the best. The kitchen misses a towel hanger and in the bathroom it would be nice to have some thing to put the soap on, instead of leaving it on the sink. But these are minor things.

Wifi is fast and stable. Bed is nice and room is good for one. I was there few times and it nice stay. Parking around is free and there are always some free spots

I liked that the apartment is good located. It has an big balcony. Because of the hot temperatures this year they had a mobile air condition in the apartment.

Amazing host/company (book-it)! We exchanged messages even before the booking, and they were super responsive and accommodating to our needs: silent apartment and newborn accessories (bed, seat, etc). Moreover, when we came back a second time, they arranged for us to get the same room we got the first time! Additionally the apartment is super clean, good location and everything was as advertised. Maybe the only thing was that there is no door for the bedroom, so when our baby was sleeping we had to be super quiet in the kitchen. But, this was very specific to our situation. Next time we're in Erlangen we are definitely staying here!

It's my usual stay when in erlangen. Nice little room with cooking fascilities and decent living area. Room is super clean. You get cleaning utensils for the stay too. They usually let you check in even if it is before time, 5 stars for their understanding. Laundry services available too

No options for late check out or baggage storage area upon check out due to no reception.
