Das geräumige Zimmer mit grossem Bad und begehbarer Dusche. Alles sehr sauber. Für Gehbehinderte und schweres Gepäck ist ein Aufzug vorhanden. Bei Bedarf ist das freundliche, zuvorkommende Personal gerne behilflich. Das vielfältige Frühstücksbuffet mit seinen schmackhaften Angeboten sowie frischem Brot und Brötchen vom Bäcker gegenüber. Wohlfühlathmosphäre im ganzen Haus. Nicht zu vergessen die zentrale Lage und die Parkplätze am Haus. Hotellerie und Gastronomie muss man lieben, wenn man sie betreibt. Das ist in diesem Haus offensichtlich der Fall.

Die Lage war perfekt, mitten im Zentrum! Man wurde sehr herzlich empfangen, sehr freundliches Personal! Beim Frühstück war man sehr aufmerksam!

All the staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom clean and spacious Breakfasts were plentiful, with a good variety of foods. Bread rolls from the local bakery were delicious The hotel was perfectly positioned in the centre of the town. Easy walking to restaurants and sites. Near local bus stops

Nothing we were very happy with our stay

The hotel is housed in a charming centrally located building, with adjacent free parking lot. Our fairly-sized (and fairly-priced) room was comfortable and clean, with newly renovated bathroom. We enjoyed the high-quality breakfast with fresh bread, pastry and big variety of the buffet items. Above all, we were truly taken by the genuine hospitality of the owner, who has made it his commitment to make sure all his guests enjoyed their stay both at the hotel and in Bad Harzburg. We would not hesitate to book hotel Victoria again.

The location is perfectly right in the middle of Bad Harzburg. Everything is within walking distance. Was checked in the owner of the place, he was very friendly and gave tips about how can explore the place. He even brought us a kettle to cook hot water to the room. Amazing service!
