Sehr schöne Pension, nah am Park gelegen. Gehzeit ca 10 min. Sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstück super, alles da was das Herz begehrt. Absolut empfehlenswert

Die Pension an sich können wir nicht bewerten. Durch eine Doppelbuchung wurden wir sehr kurzfristig (zwei Tage vor Anreise!) informiert, dass wir doch nicht in der Pension unterkommen können. Kurz vor Halloween gab es natürlich keine allzugroße Auswahl an Alternativunterkünften mehr. Die Kommunikation mit dem Mitarbeiter zur Lösungssuche war alles andere als professionell.
Nach einigem Hin und Her wurden wir letztendlich in einem Hotel direkt am Park untergebracht, in dem der Aufenthalt wunderbar war.
Natürlich haben wir Verständnis dafür, dass Doppelbuchungen vorkommen können aber dann erwarte ich als Gast einen besseren Umgang mit der Situation.

Beautiful hotel that looks more like a big house. Super friendly staff, clean and beautiful rooms.
Delicious fresh breakfast, free parking in front of hotel. Perfectly located for Europapark - they even give you free day parking passes. We checked in later than planned and there was no issue.
The AC in the room was so great as it was incredibly hot. Loved everything about it and would definitely come back!
Unfortunately the door to the balcony wasn't opening, the hinges were misaligned so we couldn't use it and didn't make a fuss as we were only staying for one night.

Great staff, willing to go above and beyond. Super friendly, feels more like a home than a hotel, and it really showed. Also, the candies in the room were a nice touch, and the beds were honestly comfier than I’m used to. Combined with close proximity to Europa Park, solid dining options in and around, and a general sense of comfort, easily a place I would reccomend anyone in the area should use.
Honestly, not much! Any lapses or incidents were honestly just a matter of crossed wires on my end, and not reflective of the location or it’s staff.

Staff: very helpful and friendly. Breakfast: good variety and good quality. Free parking, excellent location for visiting Europapark.
The room didn‘t meet our expectations. Small, dark and the bathroom tiny. It was clean, but seems a bit overpriced for what it had to offer.

The staff were lovely and welcoming. The room was spacious and had a fridge and air conditioning which was a bonus.
Everything was fine.

It was what we expected, beds were very confortable, walking distance to the park, very friendly and uncomplicated.
