Air condition a lot too cold!! Could'nt really reduce temperature. Finally we had to switch it off.

We HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Hotel Mastai for either a leisure or a business trip. The quality of the staff and facilities were fantastic. They were all friendly, helpful and understanding, from the reception, to the cleaning staff and also the breakfast staff. My child and my pet were warmingly welcomed, which is so value for us. also, we had some problems with the travel and checkin time (our mistake), and their staff was super helpful to solve it for us. Should be commom, but is rarely to find. So, it could be just a simple hotel, like Ibis or other, but their team make it better! Plus, an excellent air conditioning for these warm days. I understand the typical Italian breakfast is sweet, but I thing the breakfast could be improved if they had cooked or fried eggs as options too.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My room was large and clean. It was a quiet and convenient place to stay, and I was very happy there. The breakfast included GF options.

It would have been nice if there was a kettle in the room, but apart from that it was excellent.
