Everything is perfect.

Location was central to where I wanted to be able to walk to. There was a table so I could do a little necessary work. Parking very convenient. We got a ground floor apartment and so I did not have to drag a heavy bag up the stairs.

Air conditioning only in the lounge room. It faced away from bedrooms and so the bedrooms were hot and stuffy. Our front door did not lock when closed. This meant that we left the apartment and anyone with access to the block (other guests & staff) could have entered our apartment. The door needs to close properly or a sign on the back of the door to remind guests to bang the door closed.

Absolutely spotless, so cute with the fire station touches, and our unit was massive (for 5 people).

The interior design was in fine taste.

The television was oddly placed behind our bed. Walls were very thin and could hear a pin drop from the adjacent rooms.

Wow! We loved our stay here. The accommodation has been beautifully done, even with memorabilia dotted around the room really added to the vibe. Top class job! The apartment had everything we needed, it was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. It is a short walk to the beach.

In a class of it's own with exceptional attention to detail, a great decor theme and quality furnishings. This was such a surprise in quaint Hokitika, and well worth every cent. It is very clear that a great deal of thought went into every little detail. Highly recommended!

Wasn’t mad about the disabled bathroom. The microwave oven had a faulty flashing light.

Beautifully decorated comfortable room. Bathroom was super clean and appealing. The whole building has been renovated thoughtfully and creatively. Laundry facilities were beyond expectations. The umbrellas in lobby were a nice touch.

The stairs were pretty steep to get our bags up but we managed :) Not all rooms are on upper floor so a ground accommodation could be requested if stairs are too difficult. Nothing else - fabulous apartment/room.
