Lake and marina view, Cape Royale under the trees, newly remodeled kitchen
Godetevi il nostro 4 letto, 2 bagno completo 1880 Sqft metà del secolo moderna casa sul lago con splendida vista lago dalla parte anteriore ea 100 passi dal ponte posteriore al vivace porto turistico di Cape Royale. Lakehouse ha buoni letti e materassi e un bel ponte sotto gli alberi sul retro della casa. Cucina completamente attrezzata con fornitura di caffè, tè, zucchero, sale, ketchup, senape e salsa barbecue. Lenzuola e asciugamani forniti. Parcheggio privato per quattro auto o tre auto + rimorchio per imbarcazioni. Puoi parcheggiare altre due auto sulla strada di fronte al parcheggio privato. Portate la vostra barca (tassa Cape Royale di $ 20) e attrezzi da pesca. Il molo di pesca e le tre rampe per le barche si trovano nelle vicinanze del porto turistico. Cape Royale ha piscina comunitaria, campi da basket, beach volley, percorso naturalistico, parco giochi e parchi lungolago ed è adatto ai bambini.

Great location - sleepy little neighborhood on the lake. We are from dallas and met friends from Houston there - easy for us all to get to. The house was great for 2 families with bedrooms on 2 floors. Kitchen is well stocked with all the things we needed. It’s dog friendly with lots of outdoor activities. We made great memories with our families and will plan to come back !

Our family stayed in this ideal home for the third time for Memorial Day Weekend. It is always a pleasure to be hosted by Frederik and Sylvia. The home is cozy, comfortable and clean. There is plenty of room to sit and visit with family and it is great to have a full kitchen for meals when needed. Thank you for another perfect stay!

The layout of the home was great for 6 adults and 3 children. There were plenty of spaces to hang out together or get away from the group. The back porch was great spot to relax. The home had everything and more to make our trip enjoyable and easy.

Our family had a wonderful visit at this property over Thanksgiving. The house was spacious and well stocked. The owners Frederik and Sylvia were available and answered questions promptly. The wood stove was burning and ready for us when we arrived on a cold November day. We will definitely return here!!!

Our stay at the lake house in this nice neighborhood exceeded expectations. The marina added a serene touch to the surroundings. We enjoyed expending family time at the large table on the deck. The well-stocked kitchen with spices and cooking essentials made meal preparation a breeze. I would highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway.

This lake house is in the trees, along a creek very, close to the marina. We reserved a slip for our boat which convenient and fun. The house is roomy, well cared for, and well supplied with dishes, kitchen items, bath towels and bedding. There is also a cloths washer & dryer and all appliances and AC are in good working order. There is also parking for 4 cars which is more than many similar locations. The Cape Royal community is very nice and the location is beautiful. Over all the house is comfortable, pleasant to be in, and hosted our family perfectly. Wish we could stay there all summer!

Enjoyed our time, just would have liked to have been able to make the rain go away. We did have some time to enjoy the back deck though. The host had good communication. The kitchen was very well stocked. The large couch was nice. Comfortable seating for several people. We also had plenty of area for parking. Nice area fro get out and take a walk.

What a great place! The house was beautiful and the location was amazing. It was spacious, bed were comfy and the decor was inviting. We couldn’t get over how well stocked the place was. It had EVERYTHING you need, and more. Definitely recommend!

Property was comfortable and very clean. Kitchen was well supplied with cooking utensils, dishes and cleaning supplies. All you needed for a getaway at the lake. Description of the property and ammenties is accurate. The owner was hospitable and communicative. When we get a chance, we will visit again.

Our family really enjoyed spending the Thanksgiving holidays in Fred and Sylvia's beautiful home. They were such great hosts and the property was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the fireplace, lots of seating and dining outdoors looking at the beautiful view of the lake and marina. The community was also great and we loved hiking the trails. We definitely plan to return!

It’s a great gateway: spacious, clean house with everything you need and even more. The neighborhood is so beautiful and safe. There are hiking trails and a small playground. It’s very quite. We did have a small issue with a thermostat not working on the first floor but Fred brought us wood to warm it up. Thank you so much! We are very happy with our stay!

Year end at the lake.
This was a perfect year-end getaway! The house was so comfy and the deck had a great view of the marina. Wonderful family memories as we played games and enjoyed our time together.

Great home in Cape Royale near the marina!
We had a great stay at this property the week of Thanksgiving. The owner provided great communication and clear instructions for check-in. The home was very clean, which I can imagine is challenging being in nature with all the trees and critters. I was surprised by the cleanliness. The home was well-appointed and comfortable. We had a great stay and would recommend this property to others. It would be good for two families with kids, since there are two bedrooms upstairs and two down - each family could take a floor. Thanks to the owners for sharing their home!

Family Birthday Celebration
The home is very accommodating for a group. We did not have a large group and had many more beds than we needed but it was very nice to have space. The kitchen has everything you could ever need. Everything worked and our family enjoyed the outside deck very much for sitting and cooking out. There is a large outdoor table that accommodates a lot of people and plenty of seating. A beautiful setting. Host were very sweet and accommodating. We would stay here again.

Slice of heaven on the lake
We lucked out finding this adorable lake house just before Labor Day. Well stocked kitchen and house! This worked great for our high school and college aged boys!
Walking trails in the woods, fishing at marina and nearby park! Relaxing in a beautiful setting! Thank you for a wonderful family reset!

THE ROACHES AND OWNER WAS CRAZY ALONG WITH THE CLEANING LADY
My family and I have used a lot of vrbos over the last few years i have a 6,4, and 2 year old little girls. Every thing was a good trip until the CRAZY cleaning lady showed up and called the owner of the property we were trying to load the cars and ask a few question about if we had done the proper placement of the dishes. she then called the owner and started to say all kind of crazy stuff to him along with telling us we had locked all the doors in the house witch we have no idea what she was talking about. Anyways it was just crazy the owner called my started telling my all kind of crazy stuff asking me if i understand english witch i was born in the USA. Look i am telling you i would not pick this place LOL the people are nuts. last thing the AMOUNT of roaches in the house was un real

Great stay at a cozy lake cabin
Our family and friends enjoyed a great 4 days relaxing in a very welcoming and well equipped property. We had fun playing games, doing puzzles, and spending time on the water. Thanks to Fred and Sylvia for a great stay, just like last year.

Relaxing stay at the lake.
We are a two time renter here. Kitchen is well stocked with any spices, seasonings, or condiments you may have forgotten. Location is right near the Point Royale Marina, so you can get out and walk along the water Point Royale has a 1 mile nature trail where you can hike and see deer, turtles, and even an alligator. The swimming hole is just a short drive away. Other hiking and activity areas (double lake natural area and wolf creek park) are nearby for day trips. Overall a great family vacation. Hosts are fantastic and responsive although never any issues with the house. Big living area and kids bedrooms are downstairs while adults are up. Plenty of games and a great porch for enjoying downtime. Will be back!

We have stayed here before and it is always clean and fully stocked of anything you should need. The location is great and close to the marina, the home owner is very responsive and the neighbors are very friendly.

Family reunion weekend
30 Harbour Row Circle, is an OUTSTANDING property. Everything was clean, comfortable, spacious with easy access to the marina. The owners were especially gracious and saw to all of our needs.

We had a great time in Cold Springs. Especially nice we’re the beds! Great sleep with the darkness of all the trees and the air conditioning! Slept way past my “get up time”.
