ALSO LEUTE ein echtes TRAUM-AUSSICHT TOP,beim aufstehen hat uns die Sonne gestreicheltund die Frische Brise aufgeweckt-Klimaanlage lief einwandfrei,Warmwasser,Gas funktionierte ohne Problemen,wir haben 2 Wochen komplett ohne Auto und sorgloss verbracht...wäre auch noch länger geblieben-----der junge Mann-PERSONAL creme de la creme :)besser könnte ich mir nicht wünschen!!!ICH kann es NUR EMPFEHLEN,hier volle Punktezahl auch 100*****unsere Hunde haben es auch voll genossen,also ich finde es ist noch vile besser als in Rimini..und wenn jemand die viele Leute mag und mehr aktion dann für 1,50€ ist man schnell im Stadt..,werde wieder kommen 1000 sicher!!!

The location of apartment was perfect. The sea and beach is nearby also some cafés and restaurants.

The room was not so clean and we did not find tools for the kitchen. It will be better to leave at least lighter, because of gas stove. Also there were cockroaches.

The location, close to the sea, many shops, and public transportation, with electric scooter it takes 10 min to city centre.. and Air-condition was working.

Everything, Cleaning the room is not exist and if you ask for cleaning they charge you, 14 days we stayed no changing towels that we even asked to get them, no changing bed linens, the toilet is from stone age, every time you go to toilet for natural needs you stand to toilet seat to flush 3-4 times so the waste could disappear finally, we found small insects and cockroaches in the toilet and refrigerator, yes they fixed after we asked for it. Reception is barely exist, you need to email them every time you want something, the smell when you enter the property was so disgusting, every time we came to our apartment we almost vomited, it took for them more than one week to fix it.. just an advice to the owner, renovate this house, have a decent cleaning system “write clearly that’s the cleaning and changing towels are included, have a receptionist with fixed working hours so the gusts can find someone to talk with when they need.

We stayed in this hotel while we were visiting Mirabilandia in October. It's great starting point for visiting Rimini, San Marino, Mirabilandia. We have arrived when the reception desk was already closed, but we could pick up the room keys in another hotel near by. It's located near grocery shop, café and restaurant.

The staff was very kind and helpful. He helped with everything and provided parking. Highly recommend to anyone who likes to be loud and lots of people on the street. The beach is very close and the look is also sea view. Air conditioning in the rooms, elevator. We really loved being here and we will be here next time.

Great location, seaview, a very comfotable bed, a big balcony, big windows with blinds, quite a lot of space, quite big bathroom, quite well equipped kitchen, shops, cafes (Cafe Roma!!!) and beach close at hand. Moreover, a wonderful and helpful receptionst who really looks after guests. Grazie!

There could be more kitchen utensils (e.g. a corkscrew), soap or washing-up liquid. Very weak wi-fi (worked only at the door)

Good value for money, beach is in two steps, good location with lots of markets and good restaurants. The girl at the desk is extreamly helpful, eagers to satisfy any request. The apartments are equipped with all necessary dishes, great sea view from balcony.

- dirty floor (we've cleaned it by ourselves, cause nobody's on reception after 5 p. m.) - only one big towel for a week - one of the stove burner wasn't working properly
