All round a pleasant, comfortable and warm. Staff were freindly, overall a very positive experience.

Cool staying above a pub - good local crowd in the middle of town. more or less what you’d expect.

The lock on my door looked pretty dodgy. Sound carries in from the hall pretty clearly- was woken up at six am by another jerky guest talking loudly on their phone. The sheet was dirty - hoping it was a rust stain or something - best not think about it.

The hotel was great. Good location. Great staff. Has a log fire. Near train and bus. Parking available.

The room badly needs attention. Cracked mirrors. Broken tiles in bathroom.

Convenient and affordable. Very clean

No mirror in the room, nor basin in the WC. Bathroom toilet made a lot of noise grinding. No soap in the bathroom.

The room smelled like smoke and made it hard to breath and sleep!

Couldn’t stick around for breakfast unfortunately. The location was great as it was in Moss Vale and NOT awful overpriced opportunistic Sydney!!

The location was good, as I was travelling by train and there was plenty of shops and cafés nearby. Shared bathroom facilities, but they were generally clean and available. Extra water and Tea/coffee supplies provided on request.

Being above a pub, there was a fair bit of noise, a couple of other guests were also disruptive. The building being old has a lingering musty/cigarette odour. Had to use the kettle on the floor, as power points too far away. Not accessible for those who have trouble with stairs.

Didn’t kno they did breakfast We were very happy with the location to Bus travel for Day on the Green Bowral

Maybe a mirror in bedrooms For hair and makeup so as not to hold up shared bathrooms for other people to use
