The resort was doing upgrades of underground systems - but we were still able to walk down to the beach.

Hard to find, location up a side street on dirt dune soft sand uphill. Alright with a car ,WE rode motorcycles there. lousy for tour bikes,I would'nt have booked knowing this. Pool hot tub freezing no heat, couldn't use. office closes at 5 pm,another let down.

It was right on the beach with direct beach access

The property was beautiful and clean. The condo was amazing. I just wish there was a hot tub, but apart from that it was perfect.

We absolutely loved our stay here and will definitely be coming back. We have stayed on this property before but this is the first time at this unit. The condo was immaculate and beautifully decorated. It is very updated with new appliances . The views from the condo are amazing. We spent so much time on the balcony just enjoying the weather and ocean views. This location is excellent. It is close to town and away from the main strip of hotels but an easy walk to the action if that is what you are wanting. It is very peaceful. The staff and groundskeepers are maintain the property with such care. Sergio is the best!! Every time we come we are so happy to see him. Thank you and this is our place for sure when we come to Rocky Point!! The Zinner Family
