The villa was much bigger than we thought, the pool was the absolute highlight. The whole family enjoyed spending every day by it. The location was lovely although walking up the hill was a bit of a killer! Marina and old town only 5-10 minutes in a taxi and the local firm was really reasonable and reliable. We will be looking to book again in the future

Booked for a multi-generation stay for 7. Communication throughout whole process, from original booking to leaving excellent. Villa clean and very well-equipped. Plenty of room to all gather in communal areas but equally plenty of space for a quiet read. Pool is a good size and lovely to spend time around. Local shop and restaurants a short walk away. Would recommend highly.

The villa was even better in real life than it looked in the listing. The large pool was a favourite with the kids and the rooms were all well furnished and comfortable. The garage was a good bonus to help keep the car cool from the July heat. The villa was in a good location, with a well stocked supermarket and a few restaurants within walking distance. It was in a great location to use as a base to explore Alburfeira and the wider area. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider booking again.

We had a great 2 weeks at Villa Harmonia. Its massive compared to the photos and really well laid out with 4 bedrooms (one definitely only a single) and a fab balcony off the kitchen and a beautiful roof terrace with views out to the sea. The pool is equally a geeat size with the added bonus of an large garage to keep the car in and cool! David was really responsive to all my questions and also helped me out a lot on check out day which was a bonus as i was travellong with elderly parents. Great location with a well stocked supermarket 5 mins walk away and some greet restaurants also not far but we did use the car for them due to my parents. Will definitely be coming back!!

An amazing spacious villa perfect for our group of 7. A shame it doesn’t sleep 8 for a future stay. Would highly recommend all as described.

Spectacular vistas , exceedingly clean and comfy. The best place for relaxation and peace: the occasional rooster crowing not withstanding. Don’t miss the grapefruit size lemons on the tree.

Everything was excellent? Close to shops, bars, restaurants, and only a short drive to Albufeira. Would stay again no problem. Lots of spacious room in all areas. Pool is good. Secure, safe surroundings.

The villa is huge and the salt water pool is delightful. Very close to a well stocked supermarket and a number of lovely restaurants all within walking distance.

Very nice villa with all amenities you might need. Beaches 5-7 minutes drive. Perfect communication both from the owner and the local property managers. Overall very good stay.

We had as lovely time in this property. The pool was a Godsend to cool down in. The house is lovely and is very large with all amenities working well. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone thinking of spending some time in the Algarve. Excellent villa with all essential items and facilities for a wonderfully relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Fantastic pool and outdoor space, with a spacious and comfortable interior for family living. Close to beaches which are within walking distance but a car would be needed for young families or the elderly . All in all an excellent holiday with great communication from the owner David. This villa is strongly recommended!

The house is beautiful and big, my kids enjoyed swimming in the pool and having a big space to run around. very clean and there is a lot of entertainment and shops within a few mins from the house. Perfect location. Thank you

Mooie nette ruime villa, met een geweldige groot zwembad. Zwembad had wel verwarmd mogen zijn........maar als je er eenmaal in bent is het goed te doen. Verder een super week gehad alles aanwezig en een schitterende omgeving. Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug.

We had originally booked our stay for July but because of Covid restrictions had to postpone the trip. David couldn't have been more accommodating and understanding & happily rebooked our family in for September. We had a fabulous stay! The house was perfect for a multi-generational holiday as there was plenty of space. The pool was a highlight. Within walking distance of a great supermarket that serves coffee and pastries including Portuguese tarts.

Tudo impecável e absolutamente excelente! Estivemos em família, sete pessoas, e tivemos umas óptimas férias: a casa é muito espaçosa, o jardim agradável e a piscina é fantástica (tudo bem melhor do que revelam as fotos)! Recomendamos vivamente!

Vivenda com todas as comodidades necessárias a umas férias espectaculares. Piscina excelente, bem tratada e limpa, assim como as zonas envolventes. Delicioso baloiço para disfrutar do pôr do sol. Situada numa zona sossegada e verdejante com vista calmante para o mar. Nesta fase de "Covid" foi o local ideal para recuperar energia. David, Parabéns pela bela moradia!

Fantastic Villa With all amenities, excellent pool, close to fantastic beaches, close to a good supermarket. We spent a fantastic time, too bad it was so short.

I fully recommend this property and are planning on going back to it - we have never gone back to the same place twice!! We are a family of three and this villa is great. It is huge and had everything that we needed and some. The owner has been really helpful and provided us with lots of information prior to our arrival. The location is perfect for shops, beaches and total relaxation. We agree with other guests that the photos really do not do it justice. The other bonus is that the TV has English channels accessible which was good for us with going in the winter months - gave us something to do on the cold nights.

Amazing Villa! Had the best time. There was 6 of us. More than spacious. The photos don’t do it justice. It’s huge! It’s a really good location as it’s just 10 minutes max in the taxi to the old town (the best part of Albuefeira) and then around 15 minutes to the strip. There’s a number in the welcome pack for an English man who has a big 7 seater who was more than happy to collect us every night as we went out and picked us up to take us back home (and we got home quite late some nights). The only problem we had was on the first night as we arrived late and were confused by the instructions. As we got there late we thought the instructions said there will be a safe on the property with the keys and the owner gave us the code for it. However, the safe is actually just outside the property office which is about 5 minutes away in the car (maybe less). This was our fault for misunderstanding the instructions but incase anyone has the same problem go to the office first if your arriving late! Overall it’s was an amazing place to stay. They really give you your space and don’t bother you. But they do also send maids around every few days which is good. The pool was gorgeous and there is a big supermarket 5 minute walk down the street. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a villa!

It has full air conditioning, WiFi and all the useful amenities you could want such as a dishwasher, a washing machine oven, microwave and outside barbeque.It is set in a quiet location behind iron gates, with fantastic views all the way to the coast. The closest supermarket is 2-minutes drive and there are several bars/restaurants within 5-10 minutes drive. Moreover, you can reach 3 different beaches within 10-minutes, but you need to be there early to secure a parking space. That said, they are not excessively busy, so you are not fighting to secure your area of sand! There is a huge double garage that keeps the car both cool and clean and the swimming pool is fantastic.There are 3 double bedrooms and a single room. 2 of the doubles have en suite bathrooms and access to a substantial patio on the top floor and the 3rd double bedroom and the single room share a bathroom on the floor below.The kitchen is large and very well-equipped and the living room/dining room is spacious and generally cool, although we only ever ate on the patio. English terrestrial TV is accessible, but not Sky.We loved this property. David, the owner, was great to work with and the property management firm in Portugal was excellent and very helpful.Truthfully, I don’t think the photos do it justice and I would recommend staying here without hesitation, especially families. The only exception would be for those seeking a busy/noisy nightlife. If that’s the case, this location would not be so suitable.Finally, Faro Airport is 35-minutes away and there is a large shopping mall in Guia, with about 125 stores, just 10-minutes away by car.We certainly intend to return, as we loved it.

Location was great very peaceful (except for the local cockerel which my daughter named “Frank”). Supermarket 10 minute walk away, Gale beach a 10 minute drive, parking is at premium so arrive early (we used to arrive about 9:30am to get a spot close to the beach). Also be prepared the sea is cold!Albufeira Marina not far with great places to eat and drink, can recommend Restaurant Solar just down the road good food, service and reasonable prices.We visited the two water parks and Zoomarine I would recommend Aqualand rather than slide and splash as it’s a bit quieter but it does have less rides. Zoomarine good day out but again arrive early to get a spot inside the park. You can hire sunbeds and parasols at the parks and it’s cheaper to buy the tickets online before you get there.Our only criticism regarding the villa are that the two single beds in the two twin rooms are not very not comfortable, they are very low to the floor and the mattress is extremely thin.We also thought that the patio furniture could do with an upgrade and the Wi-Fi could also benefit from an upgrade (it only really works in the lounge and kitchen areas).On the whole a great holiday thanks David!

The pool is really lovely and was a massive hit with us all as we spent every day relaxing on the sun beds. The Villa itself is huge and designed really well with all the rooms being well proportioned. The front room is large and very comfortable and links onto the kitchen via double doors. The kitchen has all you need fora family self catering holiday and the welcome pack of groceries was a really nice touch. All bedrooms and front room are air conditioned which was nice as we had warm weather. The bedrooms are large and the master has a jacuzzi tub which my partner loved.The villa is just a short walk up the hill from the main road and local supermarket but was really quiet and has the feeling of being secluded. We didn't hire a car, but with Uber becoming more popular on the Algarve, getting about was very easy.All in all, I would highly recommend this property as a great place to base yourselves for a relaxing Algarve holiday. 5*'s
