Immagina di andare in vacanza per una settimana a Cape Cod, proprio sulla spiaggia! Vedi, ascolta, annusa, senti l'oceano in ogni momento! Puoi farlo in questo grande, bellissimo condominio con 3 camere da letto con vista sul Nantucket Sound e parti di Martha's Vineyard - Chappaquiddick Island. Una vasta spiaggia attrezzata ti aspetta a pochi passi e potrai passeggiare per chilometri. L'atmosfera della spiaggia si estende all'interno dell'appartamento, come si è sempre ricordato dove si sta attraverso l'arredamento e le viste (vista diretta sull'oceano dal soggiorno, due delle camere da letto e 2 ponti). Per il tempo che trascorrerai all'interno, l'appartamento offrirà conforto per tutta la famiglia. La camera da letto principale è enorme e ha un letto matrimoniale, bagno padronale e armadio, così come l'accesso a una terrazza con mobili da salotto. Altre due camere da letto, una destinata ai bambini con letti a castello e rotelle, sono anche pronte per accogliere i loro ospiti con stile. E ci sono anche due bagni extra, quindi nessuno deve aspettare la doccia dopo una lunga giornata in spiaggia. Una grande, bella e completamente attrezzata cucina si affaccia sul soggiorno e sala da pranzo. Internet, telefono e tv via cavo (schermi piatti nel soggiorno e camere da letto per adulti) ti terranno connesso e divertito. Ma ci sono innumerevoli opportunità per l'intrattenimento nella zona. Tidewatch è uno dei villaggi di New Seabury e il New Seabury Country Club è l'attrazione più vicina, direttamente dall'altra parte della strada e accessibile per cene eccezionali. Una breve passeggiata / guida / guida ti porta a Popponesset Marketplace, un affascinante centro estivo con negozi, ristoranti (tra cui Raw Bar, sede del premiato aragosta), gelati, caffè, mini golf e concerti gratuiti. Popponesset Inn è anche qui e offre squisiti, lato oceano da pranzo (non dimenticate di effettuare una prenotazione). New Seabury è vicino a Mashpee Commons (5 minuti di auto, con negozi, ristoranti, cinema) e le vicine città di Falmouth e Hyannis dove è anche possibile prendere un traghetto per Martha's Vineyard o Nantucket per una gita. Il tuo hub per una fantastica vacanza a Cape Cod e alcuni indimenticabili ... beh, sciocchezze nautiche!

The unit was nicely decorated and very clean. The bedrooms were spacious. The views were great. We like the place so much that we booked for next year. The unit was on the second floor and therefore required you to go up and down stairs. (no elevator)

We had an amazing time on our vacation on the cape and this condo was everything and more than we imagined. It was clean, spacious, close to the beach, restaurants and shopping! Florin was responsive, attentive and very accommodating! The condo is fully equipped with everything possible. We can’t wait to go back!

Fully equipped, providing beyond the average rental, in all ways. It’s worth what you will pay for the higher standard of condo, comforts, privacy, views and solitude. Owners readily available via text and extremely hospitable. We will go back as long as they continue to offer their home for rent.

Hit the jackpot
After looking at several properties I decided on this condo in New Seabury. It was perfect location to get to beach, local shops, nearby towns, marina, golf … I ran every morning on quiet and gorgeous trails. Can’t say enough about how lucky we got finding this beautiful property - it was exactly as shown - designed like a show house - felt like a true vacation home - property manager was easy to reach with any questions - we will def be back ! Don’t miss this part of Cape Cod - you won’t be disappointed .

Wonderland two weeks on Cape Cod.
From the beginning the vacation was a breeze. The condo was exactly as pictured.
Florin was a pleasure to work with. She was extremely responsive whenever I had a question.

The condo was very clean and well designed and decorated. The owner is great and had excellent communication. Renters should be aware that there is no outdoor grill which we found was challenging during the summer. Although there was an indoor grill, it just was not the same. Also, there is no laundry in the unit. There is a shared laundry room that is coin operated. This was problematic since there is apparently a coin shortage in the US and when we went to the bank they were unable to give us change.

The condo was very clean and well designed and decorated. The owner is great and had excellent communication. Renters should be aware that there is no outdoor grill which we found was challenging during the summer. Although there was an indoor grill, it just was not the same. This three bedroom, three bath condo has everything one needs for a nice beach vacation. Plenty of open space to congregate, a large master bedroom with en suite bathroom and two additional bedrooms and bathrooms. Located in beautiful New Seabury. I highly recommend this property and the owner was very helpful. Excellent communications! We will definitely consider renting here again!!!

Beautiful Condo on the ocean!
This three bedroom, three bath condo has everything one needs for a nice beach vacation. Plenty of open space to congregate, a large master bedroom with en suite bathroom and two additional bedrooms and bathrooms. Located in beautiful New Seabury. I highly recommend this property and the owner was very helpful. Excellent communications! We will definitely consider renting here again!!!

Perfect Cape getaway
Glorious couple of weeks on the Cape. Condo is gorgeous and exactly as pictured -large family gathering space and 3 bedrooms/3 baths meant everyone had plenty of personal space too. Two balconies with water views! Tons of little extras like beach gear, extra linens and towels, cooking supplies and helpful notes about things to do. Florin is a great host-super responsive and helpful. New Seabury is wonderful. People we encountered were respectful about wearing masks and respecting social distancing. It’s our new favorite go-to place to stay for Cape visits!

Perfect beach condo
Florin’s place is as nice as the photos show, and Florin is incredibly responsive and thoughtful. Having a private beach in a beautifully maintained community with a short walk to all that the Popponesset Marketplace has to offer PLUS a nicely decorated and laid-out space made for a wonderful vacation. We would go back in a heartbeat.
