A little picky but the out side let’s it down if you where talking a look at the property with thinking of booking the outside Duse not give a true view of the inside ,but that’s me been picky loved the stay I’m a pensioner going to visit my 94 year old mum in a old person home at the top of Welbeck street so I could walk there every day as I don’t drive

nothing at all, bed was disgusting, didn’t stay one night as was too bad

disgusting, area was really bad, beer cans everywhere.

Low quality bed, couch, tv, appliances etc and on an u clean residential street where you woildnt expect or want an apartment

felt safe and had everything I needed - only criticism was the windows in the living room would not open - on the hottest day of the year this was very uncomfortable - not the hosts fault - impressed by facilities would stay again

i was told to check out no later than 11am - I’d had a very sleepless night was woken at 10:25 by the cleaners - I apologised - Which I actually really meant - I’m a vulnerable adult I was travelling alone and the aggressive time the girls took with me seemed very unnecessary- I was shaken from night terrors grateful to be woken. demanding I be out in 5 mins meant I panicked and left my food for the next few days their - Perhaps a quiet word about compassion for guests who are being polite and struggling may help. i was very shaken by this

Spacious. Good value for money. Had adequate cooking facilities. Quiet area.

Shower drain blocked. Musty smell. Blinds allow too much light in.

The cleanliness of the property.

The location was a bus ride but a short one from the centre of Hull.

I am a tall man - 6'4" , so for me the ( perfectly good bed ), was a bit tight.
