The wedding was held in town at the park and the reception was a block away so it was PERFECT for all family members!!

Plenty of space. Close to Winter Park for skiing and tubing hills. Cooked meals in the kitchen and had everything we needed. Hot tub was great! Would definitely stay again.

Great spot with minor inconveniences
The property was not super clean when we arrived. There were a few items (T-shirt, sock, etc) left by previous renters. Didn’t seem vacuumed and one toilet was dirty. Only one hand soap on the property. Coffee maker carafe totally burned but Keurig was great! Messaged owner with a question about the light by the hot tub. Zero response. The loft bed area was a bit too warm since there was no window to open there.
But, the location was great! Everything was comfortable! So many fun games available! The kitchen was well supplied.

This was a great set up and location for our big group. Plenty of beds and space for everyone. The location is steps away from Hernandos and we all walked in town every day.
Check in and out process was smooth and easy. Definitely hope to return.

Worked very well for our family.
Plenty of sleeping space & bathrooms to work for our large group. Kitchen was very cramped so I'm glad we didn't need to use it for actual cooking (brought pre-made food to warm up & serve). Lots of stairs. The front door key was very challenging to get in & out of the lockbox. The front door lock was difficult. We were unable to reach the guest contact person at any point (attempted 3 times with no response)...we were having difficulty accessing the trash disposal bins outside the condo (thankfully we found it open one time) - but there was no direction on where to dispose of trash - we happened upon it while searching.

The location couldn’t be beat- walking distance to groceries, restaurants, and shuttle. I would stay here again in a heart beat. We loved our stay and the amazing views and hot tub. The owner and property manager were very friendly and accommodating. I can’t say enough positive things about our time here.

My family and I had a very relaxing stay. The location is awesome for foot or shuttle travel all over the area. Plenty of room with comfortable beds, couch, chairs, etc. Loved it! Private hot tub! Definitely would recommend and we will revisit.

The place was clean but not thoroughly inspected as I found a few pieces of hair in our bed and in the tile in the bathroom tile. I always clean with my own cleaning products before settling in anywhere so it didn’t bother me to see a few things out of place because no one cleans like I do which is understandable. Would definitely book again bc this spot is perfect location in Winter Park and the condo has all of the amenities you’d need.

This rental is an amazing space that worked absolutely perfect for our family reunion. Loved the lay out, easy walk to anything in Winter Park, and great views. Only down side was trying to get ahold of rental company. We called and emailed and they NEVER got back to us. Other than that, everything was great.
