Very convenient location, five minutes walk from the train station, all that is necessary in walking distance: stores, cafes, metro station, to visit the sights do not even need public transport, you can walk to everything. The apartment is very clean and well maintained, has everything you need: bathroom accessories, kitchenette with utensils and appliances, there is also a good fan for cooling. Before booking I doubted whether it would be comfortable to stay in an apartment without air conditioning in hot weather, but roller shutters and a fan are quite capable of cooling even in +30 heat. Special thanks for the thermostatic mixer in the shower, an incredibly comfortable thing that you rarely find anywhere else. The bed is very comfortable, fast internet (compared to the internet at home in Germany it is a bit shocking that "in the hotel" internet is much better than at home) The owner is very pleasant, always in touch and responds quickly, and even allowed to keep our luggage between checkout and train departure, which is rare. Yes, there is no wardrobe in the apartment, but there were enough hangers and drawers to accommodate things for a week's stay of two people.

The only small inconvenience was the occasional construction noise in the morning somewhere in the neighboring buildings, but it is difficult to do anything about it from host side. If you close the window, then the noise is practically not heard, but then it becomes more hot in the room.

Great location, very close to train station and buses with many restaurants and bars close by plus the canal is a short walk away. The apartment is compact but has a kitchenette and a modern bathroom and was all we needed for our stay in Paris. Sylvain was a fantastic host, met us on arrival, helped us with everything and communication with him was excellent. Highly recommend.

The property is amazing. Sylvain is the most amazing host I have ever had. He was always available for advice and for other things as well, he kept our luggage both the day we arrived and the day we left (which isn’t common when you are booking an apartment). The apartment seems completely new and you can find everything you would need. In the bathroom there was also some body soap, dental kit and shaving kit. the kitchen had pots, dishes and a coffee machine (as an Italian i can say that the coffee was very good). the bed was comfortable. the apartment was 3 minutes to the metro station by foot. the neighborhood behind the apartment was really nice with many places to eat at. i would 100% recommend if you are visiting Paris.

Unfortunately, i guess for a lack of space, there isn’t a real wardrobe but just some drawers were you can put your clothes inside.

The place was clean and modern and only a couple minute walk to the metro. The host Sylvain was a delight and went above and beyond,giving us directions and assisting us. He also gave us directions to where we were going. Felt safe there.

Nothing but I found cafes and restaurants near the station are a bit pricey though - we preferred the canal side, much more interesting and affordable

The property is small and expensive.The period we stayed was very hot in Paris,it’s too hot as there was not air conditioning in room.Thank host for giving a electric fan.
