This is the perfect affordable location if you are looking to stay on grace bay beach. Its literally just a couple minute walk thru the pathway of Ocean club West and you are right on the beach with provided chairs and umbrellas. The condo is a perfect accommodation with plenty of space, 2 large bedrooms with full bathrooms off each plus an additional half bath off the living area. The pictures of the condo do not do it justice either - it is very welcoming and bright. its is also within walking distance of plenty of shops and restaurants. We would definitely try to stay here again if we come back to Turks.

I’ve been to Turks and Caicos many times, and it’s always beautiful. This is the third time I’ve stayed at the same apartment, and each visit has been exceptional. The apartment is consistently well-maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort. The owner goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, and the location is ideal, with easy access to the beach. I would highly recommend this place for for an unforgettable vacation experience!

Everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Condo is in the plaza at ocean club west and has all associated amenities. Easy walk to beach, pool, and anything in Grace Bay. Owner/manager super responsive and helpful. Definitely will come back.

Location was bang on perfect for walking, driving, beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. Communication with the host was wonderful ! Condo size, perfect for 2 couple. Love the fact that stuff is included like laundry soap, dish soap, paper towel, toilet paper, beach towels, etc. Couple of downfall, cleanliness could be upped, fridge froze our food 3 times, missing couple of items in the kitchen to make cooking enjoyable. Would be great to have a beach cooler included :). But understand that it’s not suppose to be included would be a great perk.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at The Plaza. The location is perfect, and walking distance to everything you would need for a weeks stay. We loved the bakery across the street and went there most mornings. There are plenty of restaurants, shops and grocery store just a short walk away as well. The beach was so close and we really enjoyed the use of the of beach chairs, gym and pool at Ocean Club West. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Grace Bay is the best beach in the world! The location of the condo is a big bonus, on the property of the Ocean Club West, minutes from the beach and close to other wonderful shops and the local grocery store. The units is fairly well maintained and furnished with nearly all of the essentials. Some of the furnishings could be upgraded, and attention to light bulbs and electrical items could be better (guest bedroom light and fan did not work). Good value for the price, and William is very responsive (not so much for the on island property manager).

Worth the experience. Unit is good and with a few very minor touch ups could be great. Would definitely stay here again.

Nicely air conditioned with plenty of amenities on the property. Everything you could need is within walking distance, but there are car rental places nearby too. We were very content with our stay.
