This is the most calming place I've ever visited. I spent hours just sitting on the porch watching the sea. Half of the time, the weather was bad, but in this place... it just doesn't matter. Love it and love Sokratis as well.

Wonderful place! We recommend it to anyone who wants to immerse themselves in a wonderful atmosphere among olive trees and sea views. We really liked the place, the villas are comfortable, there are well-defined seating areas for relaxing with coffee, diner, barbecue. Although there were weddings during our stay, it was very nice - it was not too noisy and the music was not too loud. The beach is quiet, only for visitors to the three villas, very nice. We thanks Mr. Sokratis for his kind attitude! We looking forward for the next visit.

There is nothing we did not like

When you stay here , you will be staying in comfort amid beautiful nature with lots of fresh sea breeze and freedom. We wish we could stay longer but the place is booked up for wedding the whole weekend. The hotel owners and staff are very considerate and helpful. I highly recommend this place for couples who are coming by car.

The beach is a thin strip of pebbly beach but you can still have the most relaxing time.

Amazing place!!!

Romantic house just for us, super clean, available every detail what you need in kitchen, in bathroom, in bettroom also. TV, aircondition, every detail on house and garden is magnific, grass, trees, flovers are neatly. If you need a shadow, you can choose shadow, if you need a sun, you can choose sun, there is everything. The lord is helpful, in fridge we found ice and water, he brought to us cake to cofee. If you want super holiday, take this house👍👌. But keep in mind you need a car here, exactly on this place isn't market, or restaurant. But when you travel there (on way) is Lidl, you can buy food for romantic breakfast on terrase, or for drinkink something. In close distance (4-5 km) are taverns, the best seefoods on my mind is in Nea Skioni. And the beach here is private, no people, only you and see and silent and comfortable betts. We spend there nice 3 nights and hope will be soon back. Thank you.

This is the best place to stay in the area. Superb property, nicely kept beautiful garden and a private beach. Special thanks to the great hosts, they are always there to help and suit you! Keep on doing your best, because you are the best. We will definitely come back again! Thank you once again!

Everything was wonderful,thanks to Sokrates and his team.The whole area was beautiful and the private beach was priceless. I can only say good things about our host and the accommodation. Highly recommend to everyone, we were satisfied with everything. I hope, we have the opportunity to vacation here again.

I can't mention negative things.

Our vacation was at the end of the season so it was PERFECT, because we like our privacy. Initially we booked the smaller villa, that is basically a one bedroom apartment, and we've decided to switch with Villa Emanuel. Best decision we've made this year. The location is literally breathtaking: the villa is perfect, the garden is amazing and at night, with the lights on, seems out of a fairy tale. I had some doubts about the beach, because the pictures shows a pebbled beach, BUT is only until you get in the water where surprisingly is sand. Maria & Socrates did their best so we can enjoy our time there. Thank you!

It a very quiet magical place

We stayed at Villa Emanuel, one of the 3 villas on the property, and it was fabulous. We are a family with 2 kids, 8 and 4 y.o, and in Covid times we needed a quiet, private place for our vacations. Villa Emmanuel is a bit more remote / more separate than the other 2, and we loved that we had everything we needed at the location (to be able to cook and take care of the kids). We loved the private beach, which was like 50 meters away from our villa. The water was perfect for kids, we did scuba diving all day long. And the olive garden was absolutely beautiful - a blast with its shade during the day and magnificent to watch when we stayed on the porch by night. A lot of restaurants and cool bars quite close (villa Stasa 3 min away, other around 20 min away by car: eg: Porto Valitsa jazz bar or restaurant Sea of Tastes, but also other cool bars and restaurants in Hanioti). Ktima Delmare has extremely nice hosts - in case we needed something, they were there to help us. It is for sure the place we would like to spend our 2021 vacation also.
