The property was so perfect. Everything was clean, and well stocked. The house was roomy, and comfortable. The games were plentiful, the storage was perfect. Nice fenced in yard for the dogs to play, amd whole house was set up perfectly for people and pets. The little doggie extras were so thoughtful.we cant wait to go back.

Our family of 6 and 2 dogs usually stay at the Cape. This year we wanted to try a new water destination that would be more accessible. We loved this dog-friendly house, with treat greetings upon arrival! Everything was as described and depicted. The kitchen was well stocked. Most importantly, the hosts could not have been more attentive or helpful with a few issues that they immediately rectified. The host reached out several times to see if all was well, and if we needed anything. We have not had such attention in other houses. Beautiful walks to the beach; beautiful hiking; visit to the oldest Arcade; nice stroll and food in Meredith. All in all a wonderful vacation! Thank you!

The house is very open with a great deck and plenty of couch space for everyone to hang out. The downstairs game rooms are amazing and we took full advantage of the great fire pit area. We had a chance to use the community beach which is also quite nice. We had neither a dog nor children with us but the house and yard are very dog and kid friendly. The hosts were great to work with. We are hoping to rent the house again!

We had a lovely stay at Nick and Tamara's! She is an excellent communicator and was responsive and helpful. The house is great. Very clean and comfortable. The space is terrific-we had 6 of us initially and then a few more over the weekend. Everyone had a bed or a pull out. We had planned to bring our two Weimaraners which is why we chose this home -- it is VERY dog friendly. Our dogs ended up staying home so we did not take advantage of the fenced-in yard and the dog beds, BUT we would come back with or without dogs. We really liked the location and that the house was EASY. Not fancy or precious but clean and comfortable. Moultonborough and NH generally are beautiful. The weather was perfect and we enjoyed the beach/lake, hiking, lots of ice cream, and being together in such a great place! Thank you!

often times, it's hard to find a dog friendly vacation house to rent that's in good shape...this one is. Great location on the best lake in New England!

Perfectly located
We were attending a wedding at Castle in the Clouds and this house was perfectly located! The neighborhood is quiet and there is a lovely private beach nearby. We chose this property because dogs were allowed, and the pup who attended enjoyed the fenced in back yard. The house is in a very wooded area and there were lots of birds and deer to watch while seated on the porch.

Weekend trip to bank of NH pavilion
Very enjoyable stay we didn't have hot water when we arrived. owners had a plumber there at 9 am . It is quite aways from pavilion but very quiet neighborhood close to lake Winnipesaukee

Exactly what we needed
We were attending a wedding at Castle in the Clouds and this was the perfect location. Quiet location that had plenty of space for our family. Easy process in and out.

Overall great stay
Great house, fully stocked kitchen and alot of games for the kids. Front of the house needs some updating but inside was immaculate! Fenced in yard was perfect for the dog. We had a great time and the owners were quick with responses to any concerns we had. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Winter Getaway for People/Pets!
I came up here with my girlfriend, parents, brother and his wife, nephews, and the family Black Labs. This was perfect for our needs and laid out in such a way that we could all enjoy each other's company from the kitchen, eating area, and living area simultaneously. Tamara and Nick were very responsive and excellent hosts in general. If you need a place for a smaller group that is near the lakes, mountains and ski resorts, this is a great option!

Week in New Hampshire
We really enjoyed our time at Nick and Tamara’s house in Moultonborough. They were very responsive to our questions and the check in/out process was a breeze. The Suissevale neighborhood and beach are perfect for families- we spent a lot of time at the beach. The house was a great size for our party of 8 and our dog- plenty of space, nice decor, all the odds and ends to make a week’s stay comfortable. The kitchen was very well appointed with tools, spices, condiments, etc. Loved having a washer and dryer available. We spent some time cleaning the outside porch area as it doesn’t seem like it had been used in quite some time- probably due to the recent rainy weather we’ve had in New England. The fire pit area was great for making s’mores. All in all, we really had a great stay.

Lots of space and beds for everyone
I had a quick long weekend stay at this place with some of my friends and we had a great time! The access to the beach is awesome and only a short drive from the house. The yard is perfect for hanging out and having fires. The house has plenty of room for everyone to spread out to sleep.

First off, you cannot beat the customer service and responsiveness of the host. From the moment I found the house they responded within minutes every single message and this continued throughout our entire stay. Nick allowed us to check in early since they had no one checking out & allowed us to check out a little later so we weren’t rushed in the morning. AMAZING.
The house was soooo adorable and clean. They supply towels for each person. We loved the house so much. Easy check in and check out.
The beach/boat launch was beautiful and a 2 minute drive ten minute walk. We spent a beautiful day on the boat.
We loved our stay & we would 100% recommend and stay again.

Our 2 day getaway
The outside of the property seemed like it wasn't kept up with this year. We had to clean poop in backyard. Reason i picked this place was for crib and outside toys for my grandchildren to play. Well outdoor stuff for kids were falling apart and filty. Opened sandbox and fill with sand and water. The water table was dirty and gross. they could not play with any of the stuff. Was not what I expected especially for the price. You pay to rent someone's home and then you pay a renters fee. Price of almost another night stay. It was a rip off. Would not go back to this rental

Great place to stay in Moultonborough.
We found the house to be as advertised. It was clean and we felt very safe here. I don't own a dog but this would be a great place to take a dog to. The back yard is completely fenced in. There's a short drive to the lake and a lovely small beach area. Communication with the owner was very good. The lighting could be better. I would stay here again.

Felt like I was at my own home
Incredibly easy transfer into the rental property the owners were very helpful the beach was very close the yard was nice and fenced in the kids loved the air hockey table in the basement would highly recommend and would def stay again

Comfortable, cozy home - we will be back!
We had a wonderful 2 weeks at Tamera and Nick’s lovely lake house. The house was comfortable and cozy, the location was perfect and Tamera and Nick were incredible hosts. We can’t say enough good things about our experience- we just can’t wait to go back!!!

Wonderful Home Away from Home!
We had a wonderful stay at this home at Lake Winnipesaukee. It was quiet, super clean, well equipped and had plenty of space to spread out. Access to the community lake and beach was incredible. Beautiful beach, clean sandy entry into the lake and picnic tables with shady trees. The owners were so easy to communicate with and very responsive to any questions I had while we were there. My only feed back would be for brighter lighting in the master bedroom and closet. I highly recommend this property and would stay again!

Very relaxing spot, exactly as advertised
Plenty of space for our party of 6, would sleep 8 very comfortably. Fenced-in yard was perfect for late night campfires and playing with the dog. Lots of toys, games, and sports equipment for young children. Private beach serves a fairly large community, so arrive early if you want a premium spot, but it is very close by. Wonderful communication with owner, overall a great rental!

Woods and beach
We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is definitely good for young children and dogs. Well supplied kitchen. AC was beneficial due to humid days. Long walk to beach and recommend driving. No problems parking at all. Go in the morning as the crowds start to show up around noon. loved the firepit and being able to sit outside for meals. No bugs! Look for lightning bugs and deer though.

Quiet and cozy
We had a great time at Tamara's house. This is a cozy home with a fenced in backyard, comfortable/spacious enough for 6 adults and dogs. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need!
One note -- the walk to the beach is a bit hilly --- be prepared, or take the very short drive. We loved the beach and lake!

Great quiet neighborhood perfect for families!
This neighborhood is a great place to stay and recharge. It is quiet at night, a great private beach association with a playground and fishing spot. Nick and Tamara know how to treat their guests right. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Perfect summer stay!
Tamara and Nick’s summer cottage is an absolute delight. Upon first entry you can’t get over how big it is, and how much room you have to relax. There is ample window and siding doors to really maximize that air circulation, making it a perfect nights sleep even in the humid summer.
They have a huge fire pit and enough chairs for the whole house with a grill to complete those relaxing nights.
The lake is a short five minute drive or a nice fifteen minute walk if it’s not too hot outside.
The cleanliness and prompt response times from Tamara and Nick are just the icing on top.
We would definitely stay here again, as it’s a perfect spot for a large group of people with enough room and different areas so as not to feel like you’re on top of one another the whole stay or after a long day on the lake.

Delivered as advertised
The house was very clean and convenient. It had everything we needed for 6 adults, 4 kids and a dog. The beach and lake access in this private community is fantastic. The owners were pleasant, responsive and helpful. I would certainly rent there again.

Hidden gem
This rental was so perfect for a family vacation. The house itself was immaculate and equipped with everything we needed, and the location was perfect. We felt secluded enough to totally relax, but within reasonable driving distance of fun, kid friendly activities. It was so nice to be able to bring the dog too. We would definitely stay here again!
