A tastefully decorated holiday home close to Narni, very handy for shops. attentive hosts. the toilet didnt work on our arrival and Giuseppe came and fixed it straight away. The electric tripped and Elena came to reset it straight away. If we had known we wouldnt have used the cooker and dishwasher at the same time. Giuseppe kindly bought us milk and wine and some delicious cake ! Thankyou !

no chopping board. only one key fob for the electric gates so difficult to arrange with the family who needed it upon return as we were out in two cars. if the electric tripped we had no access to the fuse box to reset it . also the gates would not open if the electric tripped. Some mould in the downstairs shower which we tried to remove but couldnt. Shower ineffective in smaller bathroom upstairs so used the downstairs one

I have returned home from C'eraunavolta completely relaxed and recharged. It is the perfect place to take a break from day-to-day life and unwind. I particularly enjoyed my morning espresso's with the sun on my back, whilst taking in the incredible views of the Umbrian countryside....from there, just allowing the lazy days to unfold. A dip in the heated pool? A homemade pizza for lunch? The fantastic facilities (and my beautiful girlfriends cooking skills ;-)) allowed us to eat the best food, turning each meal into an 'experience', with lovely romantic settings. We could not have chosen a better location or property for our holiday. Thank you Giuseppe and Barbara for setting up and sharing your wonderful home.

There is nothing for us to dislike. And I'm sure if there was, Giuseppe and Barbara would see it right for you.

Lovely house and garden with all facilities available for the perfect break. Great location to discover both Umbria and the Lazio region.

We arrived at the villa during corona and still in the middle of much uncertainty so knowing we had a villa in a quiet place was what we wanted, we are also traveling with a 6 month old and so needed somewhere with space and kitchen facilities. From the start of our stay we were made to feel at home, the villa was so lovely and super clean and we even had a bottle of wine upon arrival which was great! The views were something I didn’t expect so looking out onto southern Umbria was perfect! The pool was a perfect size for us and our baby and the area itself is so quiet. We found a huge supermarket around 15 mins away by car and there are lots of places to eat and or visit around too. I’d highly recommend the villa for couples, friends, families and especially people like us with a small baby. We’d love to come back with our families next time. Barbara and Giuseppe were wonderful hosts and very good at communicating and helping us with anything we needed and Elena who checked us in and helped us with extra blankets was also fantastic, special thanks for our food hamper too!

That we didn’t invite more people to stay with us to share it with! ;-)
