Veey clean and tidy apartment with amaxinb views from all windows. Plenty of utensils in the kitchen. The owners were friendly and welcoming. They were onsite if we needed them.

Absolutely lovely apartment with the most amazing views over the estuary. Well equipped kitchen, tastefully furnished, comfortable bed, modern bathroom. Couldn’t fault it. The terrace was lovely too. Didn’t try out the hot tub as it’s was a heatwave during our visit, so no extra heat required. The information re walks and eating out was excellent. We tried many of the walks and they were really well described. Definitely try the precipice walk.

Lovely stay from check-in to check-out. Hosts very friendly & there if needed. They have thought of everything you might possibly need. They even fixed the weather!! Highly recommend.

Lovely hi spec apartment in a lovely place. Lots of local walks and some further afield. Good maps and walk details available. Would visit again.

From start to finish we felt blessed to have had the opportunity to stay here, we were met by the owner who was a really lovely man. Our room was above all our expectations with added extras like a bottle of wine, crackers, mince pies, milk and a bottle of water in the fridge, and even a bag of Treats for our dog Ruby. We honestly couldn’t have asked for anything else to make our stay as perfect as it was, location is also very good with a lovely little town and beach which Ruby loved by the way. The locals were all very accommodating and welcoming, we even got to walk along the bridge at Barmouth which opened on Xmas day after being closed for 3 months so we were the first members of public to cross. We wished all the workman which was about 30 plus a very merry Christmas, it was so nice to see their smiling faces even though it was Xmas day and they were at work. I would highly recommend staying here you will be spoilt and not want for anything.

A nice break away in a beautiful part of Wales. Great views from this tidy property.The owners have thought of everything anyone would need for a holiday. Attention to detail superb. Wonderful walks and great food found in the local area.
