The location is great, just a 2-minute walk to the main square and 5 minutes to the chateau, very friendly and helpful staff and great standard of cleaning - everything was spotless. Very satisfied with our stay.

Friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast. The staffs were helpful, I needed a taxi cab but couldn't really communicate in Czech so the staff did the necessary to call a taxi for me and provide coordinates. I would recommend Piano Hotel to anyone travelling to Sokolov.

I couldn't find anything that I didn't like, it's actually the opposite scenario; I liked my stay at the Piano Hotel and would recommend it to all my friends.

Great, in the city center, close to everywhere - train station, tracks for hiking, bike or walk. The room was nice cold - so during summer excellen sleep. I liked it a lot.
