Amenities but always closed close to boardwalk

Noise above us, issues with master shower, toliet not running right, construction we didn't know about.

We loved our stay. The only complaint would be the roaches. Wasn't infested but we encountered a few.

good location, plenty of on resort activities.

no tubes for lazy river, water slide closed

There was alot to do for kids around the pool area. Great place to walk around and take in the views

The only complaint is the workout room was a little smaller than expected and there was no mat for floor exercises

The amenities were great and the staff was exceptional

Honestly there wasnt a bad part of our stay

I liked the room, but preferred a balcony, they were unable to make any adjustments which was unfortunate. The room was nice, but the pullout needed a serious update, we had to go and purchase an air mattress. The staff was kind, but a little bummed I was under the impression they had a waterslide, etc. but it wasn’t working when we were there. The amenities were decent, but the gift shop had minimal snacks and the pool bar closed at 6:00 therefore a lot of meals weren’t eaten there. I did love the quality of the pool bar snacks and drinks.

The lack of balcony. Thats it really.

The staff we spoke with was amazing. Loved the fully screened in patio.

We were not able to check in until 7:30pm, after driving 12 hours. Also, I wish we would have known in advance the water slides were closed and/or been made aware at check in that we needed to provide our own floats for the lazy river.
