Godetevi due master suite in questo condominio di lusso al piano terra - a soli 50 piedi dalla piscina riscaldata / spa, grill a gas, firepit e club house. Questo è vivere resort senza rompere il tuo budget! The apartment was perfect for us while we had some work done in our house. The location, comfortable couch, bed and well equipped kitchen made us feel at home. We would stay there again 😊

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The host was very responsive and accommodating. The property was clean, welcoming, and spacious. It was also in a terrific location!

The smell upon entering this property is absolutely unbearable (it’s the purple Fabuloso of anyone’s familiar). It truly smacks you in the face as a person that’s not sensitive to smells.
This, unfortunately, just overpowers (pun intended) your entire stay. I took the mop and buckets out to the porch and wiped the floors with a wet towel to no avail.
Communication with the owners state they have no interest in addressing this issue as they want to cover up cooking smells….so a mix of pungent cleaner and leftover food smells? Yuck.
I did let them know the towels also have a mildew odor which they will address.
Otherwise the property is great, very clean (obviously) and they do think about the guests’ stay i.e. plenty of chargers/storage.
Just something to take into considering for anyone who is sensitive to smells or pregnant (like I am/was at this time) and don’t want to breath in toxic chemicals the whole time.

Was pleasantly surprised, this gem in the Oro Valley is a must stay, gorgeous views, and tucked away yet close to resturants, stores, gas and grocery.

The property is located in a great area close to all things you could want from shopping and dining to outdoor activities. Just steps from the pool and outdoor BBQ, it is a perfect location for 1-4 guests to enjoy the comfortable accommodations including a great little patio. The Owners were/are amazingly accommodating and stayed connected (as needed) throughout my stay. Definitely will be returning on a regular basis!!

The unit was wonder, and a perfect location to visit family nearby at Splendido. The unit was very comfortable, spacious, and clean. We wish we had more time to enjoy the private patio and the pool that looked so inviting but it was just a short visit and we ran out of days. We will definitely reserve this unit again the next time we are visiting.

Could not envision a better stay... Everything was top notch... Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer... Host was readily available for any questions we might have had.... Absolute perfect spot for a vacation... Would do it again in a heartbeat...

We just returned from a long weekend at this rental. It was clean, the beds and the furniture was comfortable. We loved that the pool and access to the grill and workout room were within walking distance of the patio. It was a quiet and safe community. We would definitely stay again!

This house made us feel very much at home. The kitchen was very well stocked with any equipment we needed. The bed was very comfortable, the living room furnityre was very comfortable and there were three TVs to choose from. The location is great with access very close to plenty of walking trails, and just next door to a very nice pool and spa.

Walking into this condo was like returning home. Roomy open floor plan, comfortable LR chairs, a convenient kitchen. We specifically chose this location because we had 2 couples who prefer king beds. Appreciated this layout. One bath is larger than the other and has a small walk-in closet. Had it been warmer, we would have used the patio and adjacent pool & hot tub. Very clean but could have used a little more attention to wipe down areas around door handles (post COVID).The owners have thoughtfully included basic kitchen items, coffee pot was ready to go. The property is well maintained, carpets in bedrooms were updated and spotless. We would stay longer next time.

Perfect location for visiting family at Splendido. Very comfortable beds and everything we needed. Only comment I would make is that the smell of the cleaning products used about knocked us over when we walked in and persisted the entire stay. Smelled clean, but could imagine that someone with allergies worse than mine might not be able to tolerate

This was one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed in. It's nicer than our own home! It’s very reasonably priced and in a gorgeous setting. The unit was very clean, tastefully decorated, and the bed was comfortable. We were visiting family in Tucson so we didn't spend as much time at the unit as we would have liked.

This property was so quiet and peaceful. The condo was spotless! Such comfortable furniture too. Well equipped kitchen and the spices you may need were there as well as oil and sweetener. I highly recommend staying here!

Excellent property - we hope to stay here again next time we visit! Very close to family we were visiting, walking trails just outside the door, extremely clean, and the property managers were a dream to work with. Wouldn't change a thing. Thank you for a great stay!

We stayed here over Christmas break to be close to family in the area. It’s a great location: quiet, well appointed, and very clean. The only suggestion we would have is heavier blankets available, especially during the winter months. Our visit time frame was during a particularly colder time frame than usual. Black out shades in the master is a nice touch.

If you are visiting the area or like me needed to be close to the hospital for a family member, this condo is the best. It is clean, well supplied with all you need for a stress free visit. Just bring your essentials and relax. They have thought of everything and easy to communicate with. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for accommodating my schedule to I could be near my mom.

Fabulous location near the pool. Very quiet, well stocked unit. High quality towels and linens. Oversized washer and dryer. Beds were very comfortable. Absolutely loved our stay here and would return. Unit could use an annual deep cleaning as cupboards and drawers needed a good vacuuming out. But a minor issue for a fabulous place!

I travelled to Oro Valley to visit my mother. I also grew u p in Tucson. This condo was lovely! Everything was clean and exactly as pictured. The pool and hot tub were so convenient. I even met some of the friendly neighbors.
I have stayed at many rental properties for my vacationing needs and this was a wonderful experience. Perfect size for myself and my two teenage children.

I took my kids to visit their grandmother down in Oro Valley. This was the perfect little spot for us to retreat to every night. The pool was perfectly heated and the bat show at night was very entertaining. Very quiet and peaceful. So many stars at night.

This was my first VRBO experience in the Tucson area, and it could not have possibly been any better. The apartment was beautifully decorated. There was plenty of room for my clothes in my toiletries, and although I was in town to visit family I would’ve been perfectly happy staying in that apartment and not having to go outside in the horrible heat. Steve remained immediately available throughout my stay for every silly question I had. I hope to come back to this very unit again the next time I’m traveling to Oro Valley.

Of all the VRBOs we've stayed in across the country this one rates in the top 3. The location is ideal for our needs in Oro Valley, the ease of checking in is perfect, the property is meticulously cared for. The pool is right outside the patio door, just what we need after a long day. The furnishings and beds are comfy, kitchen well stocked for as little or as much cooking as you need, and the AC with 100+ temperatures is quiet and efficient. Having a washer and dryer is a great feature. Area is quiet, close to recreation trails, and people at the Casitas are friendly. We definitely hope to stay here in the future. Thanks for a wonderful week in Tucson.

Great unit for four adults. Love the layout! Close to the pool. Comfy beds and lots of kitchen supplies to use if needed. This is our second stay and we hope to stay here again !
