The location of breakfast was good - but the selection and quality was less than expected.

The utensils in the drawer were not clean and the knife provided was rusty and had food on it... we did clean them, but it was not pleasant opening the drawer.

Did not have my reservations on the correct date April 9 and 10 but still charged my credit card and refused to refund only one day!! After traveling sin hours from North Carolina, my wife paid for one day on her credit card for us to stay there, and the next morning we returned home to North Carolina!! Ruined our weekend trip and for Columbus to be my home town, it was horrible !! Such was the same with The Hilton corporation!!

Just have my rooms available and allow us to stay there after traveling 7 hours from North Carolina

the location was nice, just a few minuets from 270. price was reasonable.

the parking lot is super small on Friday and Saturday night i had to park in an adjacent parking lot. our mattress of our bed was heavily stained, and our toilet seat was broken. stains in the carpet and towels smelled stale.

I liked the real plates, silverware and actual glassware for breakfast. The breakfast was above what most places offer, they need to be a little more attentive to things running out.

You could hear the traffic, not overwhelming by any means. Bathroom sink was plugged, fixed myself.

the room was not clean the shower floor & toilet had pubic hair on them the fridge had old food and drinks in it I was very disappointed and disgusted with this hotel

The room keys and digital room keys kept malfunctioning. I had to get several keys remade the 3 days I was there. My points weren't automatically added to my honors account and I was charged twice and it was not removed.

Staff was very rude. there was a huge party in the room next to me and they did nothing about it. Room was dirty, and smelled of old food. Sheets for pullout bed were also dirty.

StaFf was great. Excellent customer service skills. The breakfast bar was excellent; a lot of choices.

Given the facility and amenities ('i.e., room, toiletries, bedding, etc.), the cost for the stay was pricey.
