The location & the staff are so friendly.

The bathroom are so limited, got 5 bathrooms but only 2 that can be used to defecate and has the water heater as well, 1 bathroom got the flush didn't work an 2 bathrooms only has shower without closet, so that both are rarely used.

Zero privacy - like their is no curtain in the each bed. Kitchen is a bit messy, no tea or coffee that has been refilled since there are jars that offers to customers but nothing to drink

L'hostel est très cozy et esthétique ! Il est rempli de petits détails ultra good vibes. J'ai beaucoup aimé passer du temps dans la lounge room qui est confortable avec une belle lumière toute la journée. L'ensemble de l'hostel est très propre et il y a de l'eau à disposition gratuitement. Il y a 4 douches ce qui est pratique.

Il n'y a pas de rideaux dans les dortoirs ce qui fait que la lumière individuelle des autres dérange beaucoup. Malheureusement certains voyageurs ne respectent pas le sommeil des autres avec des alarmes très tôt qui réveillent tout le dortoir, d'autres parlent trop fort ou oublient d'éteindre leur lumière. Il n'y a pas assez d'espace pour ranger ses affaires sur le côté du lit.

Très bon établissement pour passer quelques jours à Yogyakarta ! Espace commun propre ! Très bon rapport qualité prix ! Je vous recommande sans hésiter la Sante Commune !

The hostel is definitely worth your money. It’s the cheapest one available yet the facilities are great. I contacted the staff enquiring about transport to get there and their response was quick. The bathrooms were all clean, and the guests were all respectful of each other’s space and privacy. I will definitely book this hostel next time I visit Yogyakarta.

The hosted is located along a quite, narrow alley. For a solo female traveller, it could be quite scary when walking to the hostel late at night.

The hostel is well located, near Malioboro street. There are many zones to spend time so you can socialise with people but there is also some quiet space if you need. Bed was comfortable, the place is very clean because both hosts clean it everyday. You can spend evenings drinking with Eka who is a really cool guy. I strongly recommend staying in Sante Commune

Everything is good and you will got what you pay for. The room is nice, the hot water runs well along with air conditioner. Very recommended for solo traveler with tight budget.

Not easy to find the accomodation. I found the place is like broken home if I see from the street. But don't worry, everything is nice inside.

Love the location, very strategic, needed 10 minutes walk to go to Malioboro street. The place was more comfy than I expected, and the guy mostly I talked to, Eka is friendly and helpful. The room and bed quite spacious than in the picture. There are necessities such as dryer, iron, towel, one hanger for each bed and also a small open corner for you to be able to quick wash some clothes and hang them there. It's quite sunny so most clothes can dry once you get back. In addition, there is drinking water tank in the kitchen, you can bring your bottle and refill there.

Eka was the best host , he helped me a lot , we hang out after his work shift and become a good friend , I recommend to go in this hostel

The staff was very nice, as well as the option to make food.

Facilities were a bit dated.

The location was great, wifi was fast, facilities were clean and Eka and the other employees were all so friendly.

Our private room didn’t have an AC so it did get a little stuffy if we didn’t open the doors to increase the airflow.

Very nice aesthetic and chill atmosphere room was very comfortable. I was apprehensive about the no AC but fan still kept me very cool loved my stay here in Yogya

toilet in the same room as the shower so room is often wet even when you don’t use the shower only 2 toilets to be shared across the accommodation

only regret would be the lack of outdoor space in the hostel and the neighborhood, although very central, we found to be very unfriendly towards tourists (we spent the rest of our stay further south of the city which was much more friendly).

The staff were very friendly. Close to restaurants and convenience stores.

When people are smoking downstairs the smoke came into our room. The kitchen didn't have many utensils. Very noisy because of mosque's.
