The hotel was nice and clean. Friendly receptionist and stuff. Would recommend and will be back for sure. The view of Manhattan skyline was incredible.

Everything was wonderful

Had a nice view of midtown Manhattan.

Had no idea until check in that there was a $300/day security deposit required. There's no microwave and the refrigerator is ridiculously small.

The hotel appearance was nice. It was close to NYC

As soon as we arrived our room was ready. When we walked in the room there was dirty bottle on bathroom sink, urine on toilet seat and soap at sink was opened and used so clearly the room was not cleaned. When I called to ask about parking they assured me they had parking and it was $22/day however, when we arrived they do not have a parking garage however there is one right there but you get charged every time you leave the garage. Also the first night we arrived the one elevator was broken by Sunday morning when we went to leave both elevators were broken and had to carry all of our stuff on our own through the other hotel which was far. For the money we spent I was absolutely u satisfied with this facility.

Very modern, nice staff!

Some of the people who were there made my stay very uncomfortable. Loud noise. Music playing all night which made it hard for me to sleep from 2am-5am!!!! I had to ask for a different room which was sooooo inconvenient due to me having to pack my belongings up and leave at 5am. Halllways smelled like pounds of marijuana.

The king guest room was beautiful and comfortable the lobby was amazing there is a bar and outdoor campfire overseeing NY city

Customer service was very snobbish and they prioritized gold members over regular customers everyone should feel welcomed once they've arrived here but wasn't the case with me and my wife felt dismissed. also the staff and manager were trying to get us to leave and go to residence inn next door offering a full refund just to leave I told them I couldn't afford incidentals both night which was $150 per night ($300) for incidental + ($587) for the room = $887 I thought I had to pay incidental once as any other hotel not with envue it was a birthday surprise for my wife and she had to cover the incidentals. After we paid and gotten everything taken care of the staff was were standoffish and sarcastic throughout our whole stay making us feel less than on our last day in the hotel check out was 11am our room keys were shut off at 6am and we could not re-enter room till we got another key to retrieve our belongings but we did not let these belligerent individuals ruin our time we had our own fun and had a blast

The breakfast, location, and views were nice.

The rooms was semi clean, the elevators to the hotel didn’t work the entire time of our stay (guests also notified me the elevators have been broke back & forth for almost a month) our rooms were extremely far from the connected hotel’s elevators, the hotel made a mistake and charged me ($847.88) & again ($547.91) even though I prepaid for the room, the main entrance to the garage was closed, some staff was nice and some made major mistakes. I’ve stayed at this hotel twice before but I will never ever stay here again. It’s was a very stressful and tiring experience.
