Sehr praktisch ist das italienische Restaurant im Hotel, mit Terasse und sehr schön eingerichtet. Sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältniss. Es hat alles sehr sehr gut geschmeckt

Ein Beschilderung in der Straße vorne wäre ganz gut. (Habe zumindest nichts gesehen)

Nice stopover & the restaurant is wonderful with great staff!

There was no aircon so very uncomfortable in the heat.

Very clean, good location, lots of parking spaces.

Noise in the corridors late at night. Pillows extremely soft, couldn't get proper head support.

The dinner was exceptional, that must be recognized. And the owner plays classical music on the piano during dinner, the man is a first row, just to hear him play I would pay for a ticket. The dining room inside is very tastefully decorated and the staff is very professional.

The reception couldn't be colder. Check in opens at 17:00 and we arrived a little early, at 16:30. We had to wait in the street, don't they have a reception in a hotel-restaurant where you can take shelter from the cold in Germany in December? The wifi does not work. The kitchenette is pure decoration. There are no kitchen utensils, no smoke extraction and the smoke alarm is on the ceiling, impossible to use it without setting off the alarm. There is no breakfast and no possibility to have it without taking the car. I don't understand how such a well attended restaurant can have such a poorly attended hotel.

The location

The staff members were extremely rude and impolite. We had booked a deluxe room that 3 people could fit. Upon arrival they told us that the room was only booked for 2 people. We were given an extra pillow and blanket for the night. The next morning were told to pay £80 extra or we would be kicked out via whats app. When we came back to our room the extra pillow and blanket was taken. So my little girl had to sleep with a small shall we brought with us. The room was not cleaned for the 4 nights we stayed, which was extremely unhygienic. The room was big enough for 4 adults, as it had a sofa bed with 2 single beds. Since we booked the deluxe room for 2 adults and 1 child we assumed, there would be no problem. Extremely disappointed in our stay and will not be going back.

A very comfortable place to stay after a 3hours drive from Reims. Excellent restaurant on the ground floor run by owner of the hotel. Highly recommended.

Lovely friendly staff and beautiful rooms great size too was very pleasantly surprised. The restaurant also did lovely meals on the menu with plenty of choice and very tasty food.

Unfortunately only a late check-in and an early check-out were possible whoch disrupted our plans a bit.
