It was a beautiful experience and perfect for our family. My son and nephew enjoyed the TV lounge area a lot, very cozy. Everything was perfectly organized, clean and stocked with everything we could need. The backyard is so beautiful and relaxing, the pool was perfect. The location also was a plus, great neighborhood and very close to everything. Truly a wonderful retreat, the only thing we regret is not booking for a longer period! We highly recommend and thank Mary for being an amazing host. I give 7 out of 5 ⭐️ stars!

If I could rate 6 stars I would! Coco bungalow is like being at a private resort, beautifully decorated and designed. And the tv room! 🤩 Extremely comfortable, you won’t regret it!!

This is an amazing place to stay and Mary is a wonderful host! The house has everything you could possibly need and was in a great location 15 min drive from Palm Beach. Would love to stay here again!

My family of 4 stayed here for 7 days and didn’t want to leave. In fact, we have already booked another week next year! Inside, the property has stunning decor and was very comfortable/cozy for our family. The beds were extremely comfortable and it is located in a very quiet neighborhood close to the beach and downtown. Mary makes sure you have everything you need. The highlights for us were: toiletries, fully equipped kitchen, laundry supplies, beach chairs/umbrella/cooler/towels, Google Chromecast, family board games, paper towels/toilet paper, bug spray… No detail is overlooked. Outside is the real deal - the pictures don’t even do the backyard justice. We hardly left the house for the first few days because our family was busy enjoying the gorgeous pool, hot tub, lounge chairs in the sun, comfy day bed in a screened in area and the luxurious covered outdoor living room. Mary is an attentive and professional host - she really ensures that you enjoy your stay. I can’t say enough about Coco Bungalow, obviously - see for yourself. You won’t be sorry!

If I could give Mary & Arnfield 6 Stars🌟 I would. They were very helpful before with communication, during with daily cleaning service, and after our stay as we left a few items behind. The house was on the historic register and the architecture and neighborhood were fantastic. The house was stocked with all the items we needed and then some extra water, coffee, etc. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks again Mary!

It was impeccable from the start! Beautifully appointed bungalow that had everything we needed. The lovely landscaped grounds, the back yard a tropical paradise with outdoor shower, pool area, super comfortable beds , romantic outdoor lounge area and sleeping bed shelter too !! My wife and I stayed at this property for our 20th-year anniversary. The home was a perfect size and fit our needs so well. The backyard area is unlike any place where we've ever stayed. A private and relaxing paradise. Mary's customer service is second to none. She has thought of everything you would need to have a great stay. We are eager to return in the future.

My husband and I wanted to go somewhere out of the county and tropical to celebrate his retirement and our anniversary. With covid we were unable to do that. So, I searched through hundreds of vacation homes trying to find something that would feel like we had “gone away” while still being stateside. This home did not disappoint! The pictures are very accurate. “Cocoa Bungalow” is the perfect name for it. It’s not huge. But, there was more than enough room for the two of us. We could’ve easily and comfortably brought our 3 children. All the space is used very well! The decor was chic and fun. Different than most beach themed places. The dark Moroccan furniture gave it a romantic and exotic feel. The house itself was spotless! It is off a fairly busy street. But, only occasionally (when outside) could you hear a neighbor child or a siren from a passing emergency vehicle. For the most part it felt secluded and as if you were somewhere tropical and not in the middle of a busy city. The breeze rustling the palm trees typically hid any outside noise. The one day that we had a few on/off sprinkles we were able to relax on the 4-poster day bed that was under the covered cabana and listen to the rain. Being that we were off the main road- we did find a cute little bakery called “wrap and pour” within walking distance. Diana, the owner is fabulous! Check it out for some fresh muffins, pastry’s and desserts. There was also a publix grocery store very near the house (driving) for additional food. Mary, checked in on us in the days leading up to our reservation. And was quick to answer whenever we had a question. She was very kind and definitely a super host! The house was full of every amenity you could need: Toiletries, shampoo and conditioner, coffee and tea, all the cooking & grilling utensils, and iron… literally anything you might need is there- making it feel like a home away from home! The outdoor shower and hot tub were both a huge bonus after a day of exploring. While we enjoyed a couple of afternoons out- we always looked forward to coming back to the quiet and seclusion of the bungalow. I could go on and on. I can’t say enough good things about Mary or Cocoa Bungalow!

When you stay at this place you are not just paying for a bed to sleep in, you are purchasing an experience. My wife and i visited and stayed here for three days to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. All i can say is wow... Do it. Treat yourself and your significant other and maybe invite another couple.. The place was very clean and elegant. The home felt like a piece of Florida history. We felt like royalty during our stay. Mary was very friendly and responded very quick to any questions. This place is truly a gem an an overall amazing experience. 6 out of 5 stars!

With the pandemic, we all needed a break from the quarantine life. My son found this property and we immediately booked the time. It looked like a dream come true. It was the backyard oasis that sealed the deal. The idea of being outside in a pool, a hammock, a hot tub was enough to lure us to Fla. Plus, Mary was such a friendly responder with all of my questions. She seemed so bright and honest. Once we got to the property, all of our stress melted away. I had 3 older boys with me (18, 20, 21 yo) with me as well as a 13 yo and my husband. The town was so close for the boys to get dropped of and walk around in town or sit on the beach. My 13 yo and I even got to the Palm Beach Zoo, which was one of the best zoos. We had so much fun. It was also very close to our location. But what really sells this house for me is the details!! Mary thought of everything anyone could need and had the sweetest and nicest touches all around the house. Everything was thought of and remembered. The bath wash smelled so very good, and the kitchen was stocked with all needed items. We all felt so happy here. I will be returning over and over again. Do not pass this up if you have the opportunity. The BEST experience. Five Stars all the way!!

This was a perfect retreat for our family of six. All we wanted was a warm pool and a bit of a tropical vacation vibe. We got that and more. The hosts were incredible, responsive and generous. The house, though small, was well organized; stocked with everything we could need; and was so tastefully appointed with little exotic touches, it really felt like we were “away”. The pool/spa were perfect — and the palms in the backyard framed the sky for a just-right mix of sun and shade throughout the day, and star watching at night. Little gathering/dining/lounging areas in the yard allowed everyone to enjoy relaxing in their own way. A wonderful retreat.

A beautiful gem that offers itself accurately as pictured and detailed. The front fountain makes you smile immediately upon arrival at this little oasis. We loved the large private backyard in the daytime for sure but also at night when the lights were amazing across the coconut and palm studded landscape. The access and view from each bedroom and kitchen is perfectly arranged to get in and out. The refreshing pool(3-4 rafts there), hot tub, heated dual shower(stocked w island soaps- lovely!), lounge area and day bed canopy (this was rarely unoccupied and much loved by all) were well used by our family of 6. (Three teens, one preteen) Plenty of sunshine but equally easy to find shade. We enjoyed grilling and eating take-out dinners on the patio as well. It was great to have "extras" such as beach towels, chairs, umbrella, blanket, cooler to use when going to the ocean. The beds, pillows and sheets were super comfortable, and the towels plush and pristine. While the living space indoors isn't large, they maximize it well. The little touches go a long way, even the placement of many decorative mirrors was spot on. An extra plug-in fan in every room closet though the house stayed coolly air conditioned during our 95 degree week. Communication with Mary was exceptional and warm. Ease and flexibility of check in and checkout times was appreciated. This location is so close to so much! Blowing Rock Beach 25 mi north, Delray Beach 25 mi south( our boys liked their session at WalkonWater Ski School if wanting to learn/improve skiiing skills from barefoot to wakeboarding) ... with plenty between - including Palm Beach (gorgeous clock and drive!), Phipps Beach (we loved this "private" spot - park just north of the Phipps Ocean Beach Tennis club parking lot, in the next lot. Another tip though: IF you park at the Tennis Club, parking is free from 8am-1pm), Lake Worth Beach - if you like crowds and want to walk the pier. We did get takeout from Bennys ( great seafood!) and Mamma Mia's pizza (HUGE 20" deliciousness) which are located here. Clematis and Rosemary Square aren't far away and there are many stunning houses and scenic ocean view drives within minutes. Plenty of ice cream (try Sloans!) and grocery shops within a few miles. While many vacation-type activities were limited in FL currently due to COVID, Coco Bungalo was enough in itself to make this feel like a vacation without going anywhere. It was lovely, just as described.

Great spot with easy access to nice walking along the waterway. Best, though, is the comfortable outdoor area with furniture, a pool, outdoor shower, and a jacuzzi. Great communication.

We absolutely loved our stay at this vacation home. It was so clean and fresh in the house. The backyard is amazing. The beds & bedding are as nice as a five star hotel. Mary—property manager—had excellent contact with us. Highly recommend. We will definitely stay there again.

Exactly as advertised. Mary provided immediate assistance to our only issue which isn’t even worth mentioning because it was fixed over the phone. Convenient to Cityplace, Palm Beach airport, and “the island” and only 25 minutes to Delray Beach.

We had a wonderful time at this property! It is as beautiful as it is in the photos and professionally cleaned. It had anything and everything we could have possibly needed and Mary made herself readily available if the need arose. We would be happy to stay here again if not at one of her other properties. Wish we could have spent another week! Highly recommended!

We loved this house. The backyard pool and spa are amazing. The house itself is lovely. There is not a detail that is missed. Mary, the hostess, is so attentive and helpful. The locations is superb for enjoying the area. Can't say enough good things about our visit.

We stayed over Thanksgiving week. 4 adults and two kids fit perfectly. Well stocked kitchen, linens and beach/pool towels. The backyard is just beautiful. With plenty of sitting/napping areas it is easy to just fall asleep. Pool and hot tub were frequently visited by everyone. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back. Thank you Mary!

Had a great 4-day weekend here. The house is very comfortable, and we loved the yard, pool, hot tub etc. Mary was super friendly and even sent her sons over to clean the pool mid-stay, after a storm had blown a lot of leaves and debris into the water. The house is convenient to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Thanks for a great trip!

From the moment you pull into the driveway you are swept away from the hustle and bustle of the outside world into another place and time. With its Moroccan theme, the house could not have been more perfect. Every room was adorned exquisitely with carefully chosen lighting, artwork and accents all creating a warm and soothing hideaway. This was undoubtedly a labor of love. Mary, the owner, goes out of her way to make her house comfortable and accommodating - even providing a closet full of toiletries - from sunscreen to toothbrushes! As if that was not enough - you next step into an immaculate backyard. With its shady deck, refreshing pool, hammocks, daybed with net canopy, and palm trees lining the perimeter - you are transported to a secluded Island in the tropics with no possibility of the outside world intruding in on your tranquility. Mary truly wants you to have a wonderful experience and will do anything possible to make that happen - addressing any need or answering any question at anytime, night or day. We cannot say enough about how fantastic this property is and how wonderful a time we had! Five +++++++++++++++++ stars!!!

The house and pool were both even better than the pictures. My wife, two daughters, and I had a wonderful visit. We especially loved spending time in the pool. Very secluded, very relaxing. We will certainly return.

As soon as we walked into the house, we were in love with the elegant island vibe. It feels like you have your own villa at an island resort. It’s very quiet, yet still close to shops and restaurants, and the beach, of course. The pool area was wonderful. We will definitely be returning.

Everything about this place creates the feeling of being on vacation in a tropical paradise. It has everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay!
