Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof. Trotz der Nähe hatte ich einen ruhiger Aufenthalt,
Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, es gibt keine Probleme nur Lösungen. Sie sprechen mehre Sprachen, ich kam mit Deutsch und Englisch sehr gut zurecht.

Locatie is centraal gelegen in Arnhem. Parekeergarage en station aan de overkant. Mooie rooftop-bar op de locatie en mooie ruime kamers.

Beautiful hotel at an excellent location in central Arnhem. Kudos to the super friendly staff. If I need to be back in / around Arnhem another time, this will definitely be the place to stay again!

Everything
One of the ladies at the front desk was very rude and un attentive to what we were asking when we first arrived. Another staff member was super nice and handled things properly when we came back.

Breakfast location is terrible, not enough room. It has tables in the way of the buffet. You had to book a time for breakfast, even though you are on holiday and want to sleep in, I have never heard of this before. The coffee machine broke down and there was no substitute, not good enough for 5 star.
Reception could ONLY speak Dutch or English, no German even though they have a border to this country. We went to the skybar for a drink and were told we have to wait 30 mins for a seat even though have the seats were empty, we are hotel guest for FFS. Outside the hotel was very dirty.

Ideal location in Arnhem & close to the station
Our stay was ruined by somebody banging & scraping , the floor above our room , on Saturday night , when we were trying to sleep early
Reported it to reception - and they said there was nothing they could do about it 😳

during our stay no reception on tv for news and we did not like the “goblet system” at breakfast.

Great location for visiting Arnhem and close to train station. Modernized really nicely while keeping the character of the original hotel. great breakfast.
Some of the restaurant staff not very client service oriented.

The location is right at the front of Train and Bus station
Noisy neighbour slamming doors (they are not soft closing doors)

Great hotel! The sauna rooms are awesome and I appreciate that they didn’t charge an extra pet fee for our dog.

the people were really friendly and helped us out with a problem we had with the room, even tho they gave us a upgraded room we preferd the cheaper one because its bigger and had a bath

Location was wonderfull.
In the loft room, downstairs was freezing cold. In the upstair rhere were not enough lighting we had to use our phone light to see and find stuff.

The hotel smelled wonderful. The bed was comfortable. The sauna was nice.
They turned off the heating during the night, so I woke up in a freezing room :| . I wished they would have announced me that they don’t offer heating services at night. Also, the room was quite small.
