Zentrale Lage.

Zimmer war nicht richtig sauber, Ausstattung nicht komplett, Hotel in die Jahre gekommen. Spiegel fehlte, keine Dusche. Sauberkeit im Frühstücksraum lies zu wünschen übrig.

Een goed en uitgebreid ontbijt en een fijne kamer met goede en voldoende voorzieningen..

De bar/het restaurant was 's avonds niet open. We moesten alsnog buiten de deur eten. Het zou fijn geweest zijn wanneer we hier vooraf over geïnformeerd waren.

*Kamer was top. Ruim, goede indeling, genoeg kastruimte. *Grote bedden. *Ontbijt was goed. Werd steeds bijgevuld.

*Onderlaken van één van de bedden was niet schoon; zaten nog vlekken in... *Geen toiletborstel *Geen parkeerfaciliteiten/korting/uitrijkaarten voor hotelgasten

Personeel heel vriendelijk en flexibel, kamer ruim en met mooi uitzicht. Goede bedden en superschone badkamer. Uitgebreid ontbijt, er werden ter plekke pannenkoeken gebakken voor de kinderen. Geen probleem om iets eerder in te checken en bagage bij uitchecken nog even achter te laten. Top ervaring!

Bed voor de kinderen was niet opgemaakt, maar werd meteen gefixt!

The room was spacious and clean. Really enjoyed the breakfast. It offered a large variety of foods. The location is excellent. The dinner had an excellent cod as a main dish.

THERE WERE MANY ENGLISH CHANELS. LUCKILY BY SCROLLING ,WE WERE ABLE TO GET SOMETHING FOR THE TWINS TO WATCH.

RECEPTION CHECK IN COULD HAVE BEEN FRIENDLIER. VERY PERFUNCTORY. ("LETS JUST DO THE JOB AND GET OVER IT ATTITUDE"). NO EXTRA INFORMATION: SUCH AS BREAKFAST IS BETWEEN... AND ...".SLEEPING QUARTERS WERE QUITE TIGHT.HALLS OFF THE LIFTS WERE MUSTY, LIKE IT NEED ED TO BE AIRED.UPON ARRIVAL, THE NUMEROUS BIKES PASSING AS WE TRIED TO ACCESS THE PROPERTY WITH OUR LUGGAGE AND TWO SEVEN YEAR OLD GIRLS WAS QIUTE FRIGHTENING. NATURALLY , THEY DON'T STOP FOR ANYONE, INCLUDING KIDS AND MIDDLE AGED MEN LUGGING HEAVY LUGGAGE.

two staff coming to my room at nearly ten pm and asking me if I was a tour leader for some group in the hotel.

Excellent location, kindly staff and confortable bed.

Breakfast was really good, the staff was very helpful and i even got an upgrade

the room set up is a bit weird and there was no light switch for the bedroom, the phone in the room did not work and disnt get fixed after i reported it

shelf in the bathroom was right above the small sink so it was complicated and inconvenient to wash a face

Friendly staff and great location close to the main station in Den Haag. comfortable bed. decent breakfast.

No English language TV channels even though the list in room said there were. Appallingly badly designed bathroom with wide shelf right over the wash bowl so you couldn't lean over it to wash or clean your teeth. And the shaving mirror wash on the other side of the room to the wash bowl/taps.

Very friendly and attentive staff. New and clean rooms. Very well located.
