Breakfast was incredibly good. I can say it was the best breakfast I had in a hotel. There was a variety to choose from and the omelette was out of this world. Also the breakfast room is in a modern glass extension with plenty of light coming in. The staff was also very competent and friendly. Staff put an effort to switch my room to a room with a terrace after it became available however be aware of the rear rooms with balcony or terrace as mosquitos will keep you up at night.

Toilet brush holder could have been cleaned up before checking in. Bicycle rent far too expensive.

room was hot, and the refrigerator barely worked.

Close to Amsterdam, good public transportation and the rooms were really large. Stayed for one night and can definitely recommend it!

Breakfast area is inappropriate small for its name Grand Hotel. Breakfast food options very limited. The hotel should have a nicer reception area. In my opinion, this is an overpriced hotel.

Air condition equipment at my room was making lot of noise Breakfast availability need to be improved as the hotel was fully booked and it was almost impossible to grab some food

I like the hotel as a whole. It is close to the airport and has a convenient parking.

Unfortunately my mother of 89 did not have a disabled-room as requested. This complicated her stay as she depends on having extra handles in the toilet.

Rooms a bit dated. Not too clean, I found someone else’s hair in the shower. otherwise very good
