Chambre plutôt calme, avec petit déjeuner, simple mais complet, servi "au lit" chaque matin. Localisation parfaite pour visiter la ville (le centre) d'Amsterdam à pieds. Café (soluble) et thé (sachet) à volonté dans la chambre.
Réservation d'un taxi (gratuit !) pour nous amener de l'aéroport à l'hôtel, via booking, très pratique et bienvenue.
Le prix était vraiment très élevé pour un hôtel deux étoiles (359e la nuit !!), et au départ on nous à demander de régler en cash (car la machine CB était supposément défectueuse). Paiement la jour du départ où la machine CB s'est subitement remise à fonctionner.

I forgot my jacket at the hotel and only realised the day after. I have tried to call them and I have had no answer so I had to come back as I was still in the Netherlands but in another city. When I arrived they did have the jacket put aside for me and they were quick to return it as soon as I walked into the hotel without having to explain the situation which was really appreciated.
Breakfast served directly in your room.

Very thin walls. You could litterally hear and understand other people's conversation in the room next door.

The location is perfect. It's just a few hundred meters from Dam square and Anne Frank house. All kinds of shops and restaurants nearby. Short walk to many places and the tram also goes right next to the hotel. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast came to the room every morning at 8.30. My room was towards the back yard garden and it was nice and quiet at nights.
The stairs are very steep so the hotel is suitable for people with disabilities or difficulties walking the stairs.

The toilet was shared but very clean.
Breakfast is usually served between 8:45 and 9 in your room. The staff was very helpful and brought it to me at 8am instead, as I had to leave earlier than that. However, earlier than 8am would not have been possible.
Room is very small but comfortable
You need to climb few floors of very steep stairs to get to the rooms (no elevator available). This wasn't a problem for me, but it could be for old people or travellers with heavy luggage.

The tray of crossants, bread little jams and cheeses was just a lovely little touch . Very much appriciated plus selection of tea abd coffees in room .
The stairs are not for anyone with mobility issues . Didnt bother us really, with all the eating and drinking it was a bit of a calorie burner 🤣🤣

Two nice people worked there. Asmet and the lady cleaner.
Cheap breakfast, a million stairs, my request for a lower room was denied when i arrived AFTER i had paid for a lower room. The attitude of mgr was condescending. Over 100$ for a single in a firetrap building. Dont stay there. Find a good hostel, its a firetrap. There are like 5 other hotels in this building like this. Be careful.

Maid staff knocked at 11:59 about my 12:00 check out. Guy didn’t say anything.. just looked grumpy as his tapped his wrist indicating “time”.

Perfect location around the corner from Dam Square, a short walk from the station. Very friendly staff. Great place to visit the center of Amsterdam from there. Breakfast was perfect. Fresh and hot croissants. Very friendly employees. Would definitely reccomend this hotel!

Great hotel! Very clean and and comfortable and it’s in the perfect location! The staff is super nice and very helpful and is very accommodating of any requests you have. Highly recommended

Personnel at the accommodation was really friendly and forthcoming, they made sure that everything that was in their power was perfect. Location is one the best possible in Amsterdam, with Metro and public lines really close to the hotel.
Bed and pillow could have been a little firmer, breakfast could be more diverse (with eggs, cheese/meat and vegetables)
