Radisson très bien situé dans l'hypercentre d'Amsterdam. Belle chambre silencieuse. Le lobby est très beau. Un des meilleurs breakfast que j'ai eu l'occasion d'avoir dans un Hotel.

Le self-check-in est un peu déroutant pour un hotel de ce standing. Je prèfère avoir quelqu'un derriere un comptoir.

Restaurant and location were great.

Size of room and price. Only one room was available and it was smaller than appeared online. Room we were given had view of business directly across the street. We were on first floor and could not open our curtains.

Conveniently located

The design of the room was awful. You must walk up huge when you enter the room just to get to the main area. That was not shown in the photos. That could be an issue for people with large suitcases or physical challenges. The additional stairs for the upper level were exactly beside the bed. You could actually bump your head getting out of the bed. You must plan to avoid the stairs.

The staff are very friendly. The front desk staff was superb in all aspects. The location is fantastic. Definitely will stay here again on my next trip.

Location was good.

Some unfriendly staff, mould in the bathroom, the room was okay but could have been cleaner and warmer. The sheets felt cheap and not nice. The room lacks basic amenities like a mini fridge and heated towel rail. The buffet breakfast (approx. €28) is disappointing. There are much better breakfast options near the hotel.

Location was good.

The room was not very spacious. Bathroom was really time. Not much lighting in the room. Also, no one was there to help us with the luggage. Everytime you order room service, they charged €8 extra and even water was not complimentary on the top. Not worth the money

Pas d'accueil mais un guichet automatique comme dans une gare. Ceci n'est pas convenable pour une entrée dans un hotel. Odeur de cigarette et de renfermé dans le bâtiment. Je ne le recommanderait pas, surtout à 220 € la nuit.

Otel Dam ve Rokin meydanlarının tam ortasında, Merkez Gara 12 dakika yürüme mesafesinde olup konumu muhteşemdir. Otel yeni ve oda temizliği harika. Yataklar geniş ve çok rahat. Online check in ve check out ile zaman kaybınız olmuyor. Kahvaltı çok geniş ve lezzetli.

Kaldığım oda otelin geniş iç avlusuna bakıyordu. Fakat birinci katta olması sebebiyle doğrudan bir oturma ve dinlenme alanına açılıyordu. Bu da mahremiyet bakımından kalın perdeleri devamlı kapalı tutmanızı gerektiriyor. Aksi halde bu terasta oturan otel müşterileriyle yakın göz temasına giriyorsunuz. Bu odalar konaklamaya açık tutulacak ise bu iç teras kullanıma kapatılmalı.

Great location

Couldn’t check in till 3pm and landed at 9am, was told to keep coming back as room maybe ready , We did , many times told it wasn’t ready and wasn’t ready till well after 3pm!! Then the tv was t working properly which after 2 days realised that it wasn’t all connected and had wires unplugged which shouldn’t of been ,, the worst was the safe which from day 1 locked our stuff in and went into some kind of broken flashing mode , rang desk and was told they would get some1 to look at it,, had all our money and Jewellery in so couldn’t even go out as we had no money to,, safe was somehow opened by your staff and told it was sorted ,, it wasn’t ,, it broke straight away and did the same , we have this issue for 2 nights and had to stay in till it was sorted each night ruining our nights with no money and not being able to do a thing !!!!

Choices for vegetarians are very limited. You need to be happy with cold cuts and cold sandwich if you don’t eat eggs or meat. Staff were very kind and nice.
