Room was spotless. comfortable, and good AC.

Gym closed on Saturday at 2pm, couldn't work out. Nowhere to get coffees on weekend. No free water for the room in a 5 star hotel. Little lee-way with early check in. Free wifi account didn't work, tried signing up for their program but no joy - paying for wifi in a 5 star hotel is unwelcome. Room service took nearly an hour to come and my both coffees were luke-warm at best.

Attitude of employees. Follow through with employees. 2 times not helping wife with luggage, interest in item in shop and mentioned would return in afternoon -employee should have told us shop closed at noon - our last day. Directions to room on arrival, low quality of food at breakfast. We expect this level of service for $150 per night, not $500 per night.

Der Parkplatz ist mit 55 EUR/Tag so extrem teuer, dass dies schon dem Wucher nahe kommt. Dabei handelt es sich nichtmals um einen überdachten und bewachten Parkplatz.

Beautiful location by the water, very close to the center, yet very quiet and peaceful. Very comfortable stay with our pet. For our Amsterdam trips, Hilton is always the first choice.

L'accueil très chaleureux du personnel du personnel , la proximité du quartier des musées et l'excellent petit déjeuner. Le parking sur place est un must pour une ville comme Amsterdam.

L'insonorisation. Nous avons malheureusement été dérangé pendant la nuit (3 a.m) par des cris, objets qui tombaient sur le sol, ... de la chambre juste au-dessus je pense. Cela a duré une petite heure ... L'hôtesse à l'accueil m'a dit le lendemain que j'aurais dû les appeler. C'est ce que je ferai si cela se reproduit lors d'un autre séjour Hilton.

It looks like a formula 1 but it cost a lot more.

Clean, spacious room and bathroom. Restaurant food was excellent. Reception staff very friendly and accommodating.

Uitstekende sortering aan het buffet, wel vriendelijk personeel (verschilt per medewerker), uitstekende en kostenloze parkeergelegenheid pal voor het hotel.

Bediening in de BAR was niet vriendelijk. Je kunt alleen betalen met een Mastercard met PIN, dat was lastig. Er werd 4 maal een euro afgeschreven bij de ING-card.

Worst Hilton after Rameses Cairo. The A/C was low always and repetitive complaint made no difference. The staff were in a different world and didn’t care much for the guests because I complained to room service and they did nothing and eventually to reception and still nothing was done. Entire time my family was sleeping sweating because of no proper Air conditioning. The restaurant Robertos was a disaster. A £70 bottle wine tasted cheap. The food was supposed to be Italian but was all over priced and not good enough. There is less or no choice of good restaurants near this location and food in this restaurant is useless.

Conforto, limpeza e localização. Fui atendido por uma brasileira e um português na recepção excecionais, cinco estrelas!

Falta chinelos de quarto descartáveis e escovas de dentes descartáveis, para um Hotel Hilton é uma decepção. Fui atendido por uma recepcionista que estava com a colega brasileira (5*) e que se apercebeu que éramos portugueses e falou sempre em inglês e só depois ouvia a falar português com a colega, para uma recepcionista de um Hotel Hilton, não se faz, ela é de certeza de origem de um país com língua portuguesa, facilita-se sempre o diálogo no idioma do cliente, para não falar da falta de simpatia…

Breakfast buffet was ok. I’m a vegetarian not a lot of options besides fruit. I was going to have porridge, but it was so busy it was going to take too long. I’m sure the buffet was fine for meaters. We also had dinner and it was delicious.

The check-in attendant was sullen and disrespectful. Although I bought a suite room, there was no free or paid water in the room. The phone in the room was not working so I had to go down and say my water request. The air conditioner was not working together with the phone in the room and I had to get cold until the morning. It was the most village hilton hotel I stayed in and I couldn't fit it with this brand. never again.
