El desayuno estaba muy bueno.
La ubicación privilegiada, naturaleza pura.
El spa.
La cama es de 135, para dos personas grandes es incómoda.
La puerta del baño hacia mucho ruido al abrirla.
Se tiró todo el día lloviendo y el toldo de la terraza filtraba el agua y no se podía estar en la terraza.

Un puñetero espectáculo para todos los sentidos! , fui con mi pareja 3 días huyendo de la ciudad, la monotonía y el estrés, y conseguimos conectar con la armonía y la tranquilidad del entorno, no hay un sitio mejor en toda la sierra de Cazorla para lograr la cúspide de la tranquilidad, todo acompaña, está todo cuidado al más mínimo detalle , desde el orden, la decoración, la tranquilidad y la ubicación, hasta la más absoluta educación que desbordan todos sus empleados y demás huéspedes, lo dicho no hay un sitio mejor, volvimos flotando de la escapada, una pasada de sensaciones, desde el placentero y lujoso spa hasta los momentos de silencio sentados en su tranquila terraza del porche con el sol de media mañana y el silencio de lla brisa de las montañas acariciando nuestro sentidos.

Las instalaciones y el entorno son increíbles. La piscina exterior estaba climatizada, por lo que pudimos pasar gran parte de la tarde en la piscina sin problemas.
Las TVs son muy muy pequeñas, que no tiene importancia porque no vamos al hotel a ver la tele, pero yendo con niños y siendo las olimpiadas, hubiese estado bien que las TV tuviesen la menos 32", por el precio de la habitación podría mejorarse.

La ubicación del sitio es ideal, además del buen mantenimiento y limpieza de las instalaciones. El personal muy agradable y atento. 100% recomendable la experiencia del spa y el restaurante

The location in the middle of a huge forest, astonishing views. Also, amazing spa overlooking the mountains, a real pleasure.
The food in the restaurant is excellent, an absolute joy. Staff really friendly and always ready to help with anything.
Maybe the excess of processed baked goods for breakfast; however, plenty of other stuff to eat too.

My room had a great size terrace facing the beautiful mountains where I could sit, relax and read . It is furnished in a traditional Spanish style and very clean. Will definitely return.

The room was very clean and the staff was super friendly. The location of the hotel is amazingly located in the middle of a valley surrounded by nature and mountains. The restaurant was very good even though the portions were a bit to big for our taste.
The room could need a renovation, our door handle was missing and the safe didn't function. The bed with 1,40m was very small for a 4-star hotel, but still comfortable. It surprised us that the spa access was not included in the price. We also found a lower rate than we booked incl. spa access on Booking.com.
Even though the restaurant was very good during lunch and dinner, the breakfast disappointed completely.
Overall we would not book again, because it doesn't meet our expectations of a 4-star hotel.

The evening meal was good, with waiter service and a drink included.
The bed was comfortable and the room was kept clean.
The bedroom window was cracked.
When we closed the bathroom door fully, we couldn't re-open it. This was quite frightening. After the initial 5 minute struggle to open the door, we never closed it again.
All the bedroom furniture was scratched and needed re-painting.

Easy access to some of the best hiking in the area ( don’t miss the Rio Borosa hike) and a nice, cosy hotel. The food in the restaurant ( you probably aren’t going to want to travel far at night) was excellent. Value for money was very good.
Rooms are a bit basic/dated (and dark) but the mattresses were comfortable. We had an attic room where headroom is limited, especially in bathroom.

The fact that when we booked it stated dinner was included with the price.however the information with booking.com did NOT state that this was a limited menu that we could have.

One of our favourite hotels, that we have stayed at several times before and will certainly stay at again. Set in stunning countryside with great walking nearby. A large comfortable room with a great balcony to appreciate the views and from which to watch the vultures. Friendly staff, a great restaurant and very nice pool area. Highly recommended.

Absolutely beautiful and tranquil place. Rustic and cozy. We were lucky enough to see lots of eagles flying by and circling in front of the hotel while having breakfast. Rooms and facilities were very clean. Highly recommended.

Pretty much all of it.
The room was comfortable and we even had a balcony with view to the mountain, breakfast was good and with many choices, the food at the restaurant was spot on and copious and the spa had a variety of rooms.
The staff was very friendly and professional.

The views and gardens were beautiful. It is a very peaceful and the hotel looks amazing. The waiter in the bar at night was brilliant and saved the night!
The room is basic by modern standards. I think water should always be available in the room. The worst thing is the food. I cannot presume to say that everything started in the freezer but it certainly tasted that way. The food was really dreadful and i would heartily recommend going somewhere else to eat. The breakfast was OK but hot items were stone cold. Everything is self service with a coffee machine on offer. We expect better these days and it is not difficult to cook good, fresh, hot food.
