The hotel is very clean, kind stuff never boring we have entertainment every evening.
We stayed a week, the only thing we didn’t like was the breakfast buffet. It was boring after 2-3 days. The coffee is AWFUL everyone of us got tummy ache from it.
No fresh vegetables for breakfast, no salad, only dry cucumber and tomatoes. In a Mediterranean place like this they should serve more vegetables, greens and healthy options.

Das Hotel war für mich ein Baby-/Kinderhotel, der Pool überfüllt mit Gummiringen, Bällen und spielenden Familien. Wird der Kinderpool zum Erwachsenenpool? Geschrei und Gelärme bis 24 Uhr. Ich mußte um 9 Uhr schwimmen, dann wars vorbei.

Notranji bazeni so bili zaprti,kljub temu, da je pisalo,da se odprejo .
Nekateri kuharji pa so bili zelo nespoštljivi.

El personal súper atento y amable sobre todo destacar las personas del comedor, snack bar y Chill out.
El.buffet está muy bien. Mucha variedad. La limpieza de todo el hotel a destacar en positivo.
Me parece que un hotel de esta categoría debería tener artículos de aseo. Solo hay jabón de manos y gel- ducha a granel en el baño. No hay cepillo de dientes, ni gorro de ducha, ni peine, los típicos detalles y artículos necesarios. Lo comenté y me dijeron que hace mucho que no los ponen y por error sigue apareciendo en el detalle de la habitación or booking que si hay. El hotel dispone de farmacia y una pequeña tienda. Poco espacio para el parking.

Everything was fantastic! Friendly persona. Good variation of food at buffet. Comfortable rooms and warm pools. Nice activities for grown-ups and children! Spa was great! Highly recommended! :)

Det enda negativa på detta fina hotell är hissarna, det finns endast 3st hissar i den ena delen av hotellet.

Lo mas que nos gustó fue el desayuno pero en general la comida esta espectacular, todos muy amables y simpáticos.
Volveremos a repetir muy pronto, superó todas nuestras espectativas.

La cama, la almohada, era un poco antigua la habitación, el trato del personal, la piscina estaba helada no había suficientes sombrillas y el piso de la piscina estaba sucio.

Wir waren positiv überrascht. Das Hotel ist sehr groß, aber gut unterteilt in die verschiedenen Bereiche.
Das Meerblickzimmer war toll (6. Stock). Wir hatten ausreichend Platz.
Das Personal war immer gut gelaunt und ausgesprochen freundlich.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut, sogar Cava (Sekt) hat es gegeben.
Wir haben 1x die Halbpension (also Abendessen) probiert, das hat uns nicht überzeugt.
Das Essen hat eher fad geschmeckt.

La habitación está muy bien. Permiten llevar perros pequeños (con un coste adicional) y eso para nosotros fue lo mejor. La piscina está muy bien. El chill out de la azotea también está muy bien y ofrece unas vistas espectaculares de San Agustín y de las dunas de Maspalomas.
Pocas sombrillas en la piscina, costaba conseguir una para poder tener algo de sombra. Una de las camas de la habitación estaba hundida en el centro. Habíamos puesto en la reserva que llevábamos un perro, hubiera estado bien que respondiesen confirmando que no había problema, aún así no hubo ningún problema en el check in.

Ascensores mucho tiempo de espera....no gel hidrológico y masificado de gente...música hasta ➡️ muy tarde que impedia descansar y desconectar...

We really enjoyed out time here, with there being several bars to choose from, snack bar was good, although a little more choice would be good. The hotel was clean and had nice decor. The swimming pool was lovely, but if you want a sunbed, get up early as they are all gone by about 8am. We would definitely come back again.

Rude staff, food absolutely appalling and always cold. Impossible to get a sun bed after 7AM. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Take this hotel off your list. I have lost trust in Booking.com if this is the rubbish you offer for a 4 Star hotel, get a grip you lot. No air conditioning in the public rooms. I could go on all day how the place was run. My wife came back ill after eating their appalling food.

Hotel is very noisy , especially if you staying on lower floor, whole day loud music , karaoke till 10pm, impossible to rest . Safe box you have to buy special device it will work , never see such things like that . Bed linen is old and frayed in some places.

The staff were outstanding. So helpful and extra goes to Pablo who worked so hard entertaining us. He is a credit to your team. Your cleaners were also very helpful and I would like you to praise the lady who cleaned for our room 1002.
The rectangle pillows in our room and our teen room need 1002/0503 all need replacing. Lumpy!

Hotel had loads of positives, but a few negatives.
Charge for safety deposits boxes. Charge 10 euro for each pool towel.
Location is not great 😕 for people with mobility issues as up a steep hill and taxi's cost 5 euro up and down the hill. Will soon eat into a budget.
If your happy not to leave hotel its good.
Some staff especially on reception. Indifferent borderline rude, but some are nice.
Only downside I can see if your there for more than a week, food repative.

We very much liked the chill out area, spa and tennis - especially the padel tennis which was new for us
large pool also with great views of the Atlantic.
fab that as a family of 5 we could share 1 large room - not all hotels offer this.
I couldn’t get strawberry daiquiri or mojito on the all inclusive.
Coffee machines only on at breakfast.
No bowls of prepared fruit for breakfast (fruit salad) no strawberries on offer ..
however I will stress these are just little things and wouldn’t put me off staying again.. as great choice.. it’s just personal preference

awesome place to relax and have a wonderful vacation. excellent location. very good food. big rooms and comfortable beds. above all outstanding service and friendly personnel from check in, to cleaners and waiters. highly recommended.
