Dobra lokalizacja, przejazd pociągiem do centrum zajmuje 8-10 minut. Śniadania są syte a pokoje czyste ale małe i bez okien.

Łazienki są wspólne na korytarzu.

The hotel is just as described. Very simple and very normal. The best feature about it it’s the location. Super close to the city. People that think it’s “far” don’t know how big Stockholm can be. The breakfast was very good.

It was not very clean and the facilities were very basic. At least I booked a normal room with private bathroom and window, and even like that it was a bit depressive, not enough light. The sound of the doors closing of other rooms was quite infuriating because it woke me up several times at night and in the morning. You can see the staff is not happy to be there because of how they treat their clients, they were almost all of them quite rude to be honest. One night I arrived at 21:45h after work wanting to eat something at the restaurant of the hotel that closed at 22h and the working guy didn’t want to serve me saying that “the kitchen was closed”. There were 15 minutes left still and it was just warming up a sandwich … Also I stayed there for a week and I even though they told me they didn’t clean every day, I had to ask after 3 full days for a clean up and new towels. About the towels , they could give at least a towel for the floor of the shower because of how wet it can be. They only give 2 towels.

Η θέση του ξενοδοχείου είναι κοντά στο κέντρο της Στοκχόλμης, δίπλα στον σταθμό του προαστιακού, τρεις στάσεις από το κέντρο και δίπλα σε τέρμα λεωφορείων. Ήσυχο μεγάλο δωμάτιο με μεγάλη τηλεόραση και όμορφο μπάνιο. Το internet πολύ γρήγορο. Το πρωινό ήταν αρκετά καλό, όχι ιδιαίτερα πλούσιο.

1. Δεν είχε δικό του ψυγείο το δωμάτιο, ειδικά το καλοκαίρι είναι απαραίτητο. Ίσως για να αγοράζεις συνέχεια κρύα νερά και αναψυκτικά από την ρεσεψιόν. Αλλά και αν χρειαζόταν να βάλει κάποιος φάρμακα στο ψυγείο θα έπρεπε να τα δώσει και να ζητάει συνέχεια από την ρεσεψιόν. 2. Δεν είχε θυσαυροφυλάκιο, έπρεπε να αφήσεις τα τιμαλφή στην ρεσεψιόν. Δεν ρώτησα αν η υπηρεσία αυτή είναι με χρέωση. 3. Το δωμάτιο δεν καθαρίζονταν κάθε μέρα αλλά κάθε τρεις ή τέσσερις μέρες (δεν θυμάμαι ακριβώς). 4. Ο ροοστάτης του φωτισμού, όταν δεν ήταν στην μέγιστη ρύθμιση, έκανε έναν ενοχλητικό θόρυβο. 5, Η πίεση του νερού στην ντουζιέρα ήταν πολλή χαμηλή. Μισή ώρα για να κάνω μπάνιο. 6. Οι πόρτες των δωματίων όταν κλείνουν αυτόματα κάνουν πολύ θόρυβο. Το βράδυ ο ήχος από τις πόρτες που έκλειναν ήταν ενοχλητικός.

Outside of the hotel looks very bad, but don't be fooled, it's better when you're inside.

El desayuno súper completo, ubicación genial, el hotel en sí mucho mejor de lo que esperaba y se ve en las fotos. Personal muy amable 100% recomendable

Falta un cartel grande para indicar cuál es el hotel, ya que creo que hay varios hoteles en el mismo edifico, y lleva a confusión

Avendo prenotato all’ultimo è stata una fortuna trovare questa struttura che paragonata all’offerta della città pare avere un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Con la metro è molto semplice raggiungere il centro e per questo consiglio di scaricare l’app dei mezzi pubblici (SL) e di acquistare biglietti con validità più giorni. La colazione è abbastanza assortita.

Ho letto ora in altre recensioni che il servizio di pulizia in camera non è previsto e viene dichiarato all’inizio. Io non l’ho letto da nessuna parte. Non esiste che la camera non viene “rassettata” per 4 gg. Risultato cestino della spazzatura pieno. Gli asciugamani li ho richiesti alla reception e avendo una doppia per fortuna ne ho avuto due (comunque insufficienti). Il dispenser della doccia era vuoto e credo che il sapone al suo interno fosse lo stesso di quello nella doccia. L’ultima sera si sentiva musica fino a tardi. Leggendo il marchio best western mi sono sentito sereno e ho deciso di prenotare, ma se dovessi tornarci preferirei un luogo diverso. Mancano le “piccole cose” ed è un peccato perché l’hotel ha un potenziale maggiore.
