Tutto perfetto. Ho apprezzato molto la camera che ci è stata assegnata. Ultimo piano, mansarda molto accogliente. Ottima posizione, in centro. Parcheggio gratuito nel parcheggio scoperto. Check in e check out entrambi veloci. Pulizia generale eccellente

Breakfast excellent the 3 bed room was amazing on our last night as daughter joined us to travel home and wish we had chosen instead of double as was really lovely. All staff really friendly and Manager was really helpful and lovely.

The hotel was in a very good location. It is in the center of town, near the main restaurants and shops. The decoration is nice, and adequate for a 4-star hotel.
5th January update - to be taken into consideration after seeing the hotel's response to my review:
Thank you for your thoughtful and detailed response to my negative review. In response, might I propose the following comments.
1. Once again, you continue to mislead about the images of the room and their reflectiveness. In fact, I based my comments on the photos of your most basic "Standard Room", so there is indeed no misunderstanding from my end, and I am not basing my expectations on better rooms, which I have no doubt you would charge a lovely and large premium for.
2. Regarding the parking, thank you for informing me. Your point on free parking being upon request is noted.
3. As for the wifi, I will kindly reconfirm that during the entirety of our trip, we used cell data, since neither in the room nor in the restaurant did your wifi work.
4. While my review is indeed negative, so is your approach towards taking on customers' opinions. I am happy to acknowledge my own errors, as I mentioned regarding the price I paid. I also acknowledge your location and the decoration. What I will not do, is write any positive opinions I do not have, based on you telling me to do so, such as for your restaurant (the waiters - I stress, the waiters - whom are lovely, may I add). I do not blame the hotel for me paying an additional price, since this is mentioned in your booking confirmation. What I DO complain about, is a service which is not at all representative of a 300+ euro per night stay. If you don't like my opinion, that is fine - but I trust that my review may be useful to others planning a stay at your hotel.

Unfortunately, there are a lot of things that went wrong this trip. It started from a mistake from my end - I booked a room for 1 person on booking instead of 2, so upon arriving at the hotel I was told to pay an additional 150 euros for 2 nights, bringing the total room price up to 630 euros.
Having paid 300 euros + per night, we expect a level of quality which we did not receive:
- The room pictures are completely misleading. Our room was on the top floor and had a small window near the ceiling, like a skylight. Therefore, there is zero view, and very little light.
- Upon mentioning this, the hotel staff disappointingly made little effort to change us to another room or to find a solution.
- The hotel mentions free parking for its guests. On our second day, the parking was full, and we were told that we had to find somewhere else to park by our own accord. The alternative was a 10-minute walk away, which we had to pay for ourselves, and transport our heavy luggage (e.g. skis) to-and-from. We were not offered space in the hotel's paid parking - again, far below the standard of a 4-star hotel charging a minimum of 300+ EUR per night.
- The Wifi did not work, neither in our room or in the hotel facilities such as the restaurant where breakfast was served.
- The elevator located directly outside our room on the 4th floor made a constant loud ticking noise during our stay, which was heard throughout the night while we tried to sleep.
Basic elements of this hotel do not work properly, which if addressed properly, could be understandable from a customer's point-of-view. However, the management staff at this hotel made little effort to fix any of our issues, and our frustration was met with a simple "oh well". When planning my next trip to Bormio, I will be sure not to stay at this hotel.
